Description of Work: Purchased a coupon for them to come out and fix a toilet. I provided them with the supplies. They proceeded to try to up the price to some ridiculous amount. I was only after I challenged them on it down they lowered the price. I felt I was scammed. I still paid too much much for what they did but at that point I just wanted them out of my house.

Our records indicate that you did not provide us with any new parts but that we had quoted you to fully rebuild your toilet with new quality replacement parts provided by us, which included draining the toilet, complete removal of the tank to replace the parts between the tank and bowl and replace all internal parts to make your toilet as good as brand new with an optional service agreement that so many of our customers love to have and take advantage of all daily. Our technician offered to attempt a temporary resolution of your immediate issue by adjusting your worn toilet parts with no guarantee of success under the service agreement and that you paid only $29. We apologize that you feel $29 for a full home plumbing inspection with two water heater safety inspections and the toilet adjustment was “a scam” and priced too high. Again, our apologies that we were unable to satisfy you.

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal. The company contacted me that afternoon and scheduled service for 2 days later. Jack showed up on time. He replaced the water valves to my washing machine, then examined my hot water tank. The tank is 19 years old, so it's time to consider replacement. Jack gave me a quote and we will use HWP when we replace the tank next month.

Our records show the your job took from 12:58pm until 2pm when the technician check in completed. Not only did the technician diagnose your issue, had to partially drain your water heater, remove the temperature and pressure relief valve, solder on a new temperature and pressure relief valve with a full one year warranty, refilled the water heater as well as provided you with a full safety test and inspection on your existing water heater. Our technicians make sure to do a quality and thorough job and test everything for proper functioning for our customers safety and convenience. We apologize that you are not completely satisfied as so many of our customers do.

WENT VERY WELL!!
Description of Work: They repaired a leak to a main sewer pipe that was drilled into by AT&T. They also removed a laundry sink from the laundry room and replaced the water valves and they Disconnected my Samsung washer and dryer at my requests! Dustin & Brandon two thumbs up! THANK YOU GUYS!! I look forward to having Dustin return to re connect my washer & dryer!

We called to schedule the appointment shortly after you purchased the coupon at your convenience, our technician called when on the way and we arrived during the appointment time. You had paid for the $20 Angie's List deal and were not charged any more money above the $20. The work you were in need of on your plumbing system unfortunately was valued over the $100 voucher. We also will apologize that the $100 coupon has no cash value and our technician was unable to give you $80 cash back at your request when you declined the work. We do have many satisfied customers and regret we were unable to assist you with in your budget of $20.
