Description of Work: Quote for fixing a faucet $300. For replacing a toilet flapper $250 | |I had to send them packing for the outrageous pricing.

Description of Work: The reset all of my toilets. They were running water and shutting off. He fixed them all and even replaced some parts all for $20. Jack was awesome and even gave us some helpful tips for other things plumbing related, for free! Prompt and very professional. Referred them to a friend who flips houses for a living!

Description of Work: Assessed a potential leak issue below and above a bathroom (in between floors) and a toilet gasket leakage issue. I felt as though I was being upsold the entire time. I asked for an assessment of my toilet and they provided me with a $500 quote to replace the toilet when the issue could have been fixed with a $8 kit from Home Depot. A new $500 toilet would have fixed the issue yes, but it would definitely have been taken a nuclear bomb to an ant hill. I just felt as though my best interest was not theirs.

Description of Work: In replacing a old waste disposal, different type of connecting pipe was needed. Harvey West Plumbing took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: Plumbing tune up. Fixed my toilets and replaced pumps, etc so the water would stop running in my toilets. Gave excellent tips for water heater and sink tune up/avoid leaks.

Description of Work: Replaced a broken frost proof faucet. Excellent work. Had to remove some bricks and mortar but repaired good as new. Purchased a service contract which allowed plumber to check all faucets, connections, and drains. Repaired several on the spot.

Description of Work: Leo and his assistant replaced an outdoor faucet assembly. It required going into the crawl space (pier and beam), cutting the old pipe, and replacing it with a new pipe and faucet.The job was done in less than 30 minutes. Leo did not even blink when he saw that he would have to go under the house. Incredibly quick,competent and courteous. The faucet works great - no leaks at all.

Description of Work: I called about a faucet leak. The gentleman who came out (I don't have his name with me)took the faucet handles apart and determined that I needed a replacement part for each. He said Pfister guarantees their products for life and proceeded to get on the phone to them and request new parts for both faucets. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Description of Work: I bought this deal for my senior parents since they don't have any income. Their faucet broke this week and I called these guys for an appt. Dustin & Brandon came to fix the faucet. They were very nice, patient, friendly and professional guys. We tried to work something out so my parents didn't have to pay so much. I talked to the manager John. He was also very nice and helpful. I appreciate what these guys did for us today. I will highly recommend them as everything about them was top notch. Description of Work: The service providers were professional and very courteous. The work they did seems to be very good, and they did not take too long. I think their pricing is high though.

Description of Work: They didn't communicate with the first person who had been here to know the plan for the work. As a result, extra and needless work was performed. Jack, the first workman, was very knowledgable and helpful but the other two were not. The charges were way out of line with other plumbers. I would not use again.
