They were very nice, but they were also very expensive but I didn't solicit any other quotes so I don't have anything to compare to. They also wanted an additional $300 to look at my kitchen faucet. My wife liked them and the service was good.

Work went super smooth. Both the office team and service tech were professional, prompt and courteous. They were at my home within a few hours of the initial call and were very quick about replacing my old water heater. They had all the needed materials on the truck, including the new water heater. They were clear about the work to be done and the cost, being sure to explain the additional costs associated with local permit and additional drain pan that needed to be added to meet more recent code requirements. I'd definitely use these folks again.

Everything went fine, the pricing was a little high.

It went very well. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely. In fact, I have them back at my home now to do more work.

to start with, the initial talk over the phone sounded very friendly, professional, caring about us being without water and the product and services that were to follow made very good sense. We were very impressed and pleased that although we were expecting a visit to discuss the final price at our home the next morning (it was after 4 pm at the start of the phone call) they offerd to be at our home in thirty minutes and they were on time!! We liked the offered price for the work to be done and were even more pleased that they were willing to start immediately !!! The work was done truly well, we had hot water again that evening and everything works perfectly since then. We would recommend their service and product to anyone in need of a water heater.

It went well. They convinced me to get a plan that would cover a walk through and examine all of our plumbing, which they did at another time. It wasn't really worth anything, I ended up doing the plumbing myself.

They were supposed to fix a leaky faucet in the kitchen, but they told me they had to replace the faucet instead of just fixing it. So while they were taking the faucet out of the granite, they broke my granite. Big chunk out all around where the faucet fit in it, completely broke into four pieces. They proceed to tell us they are not responsible for my granite, only the leaky faucet. We could not get them to take responsibility for the counter top, so we wound up going through our own insurance to get it replaced. We had to replace the countertop where the faucet/sink was as well as the counter top on the other side of the kitchen where the stovetop is too, because if you replace one side you have to have the other side replaced to match it. It was a mess. They kept telling us they were not responsible. As it turns out, my insurance just got paid back from their insurance, so, I guess they WERE responsible after all. I would NEVER advise anyone use these guys, ever.

I bought the big deal. The service was great. They were fine and did a good job. They were punctual and everything was great.

It was good. They were timely. They showed up when they said they would. They did what they said they would do. The price was good.

It was okay. I thought that it was a little bit expensive. They got what it took them. That was the first time I used them. They got the job done. They were on time. I would not use them again unless I am desperate. I will go back to my old plumber. It was expensive even with the coupon.

The two contractors came on time. They were very young but polite and professional. They looked at the problem in the toilet. I thought it only need the flush valve replaced but they recommended rebuilding the whole inside. The price would be about 300-400$. I do not remember exactly. I declined service so I was not charged for any other than the 20$ I paid for the deal. May be this is a fair price but if that is the case I may just get a new toilet.

The company sent a couple people out shortly after I called, they arrived on time, and they were very professional. Unfortunately, it didn't go too well because weren't able to find the leak despite obvious signs of its general location.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was fine. I paid additional $200. They were prompt and dependable. I would recommend them because they are on Angie's List. I would consider using them again.

He came because I had a piece in the bathroom that was leaking, and I needed a new piece. It was a simple project. He came out, and while he was in the bathroom he said I had a leak underneath the sink, and he was going to charge $100. He also did a quick with my water heater, and it felt it was a constant sales pitch.

After having an awful experience with a plumbing contractor a few months before, I was very pleased with the work Harvey West Plumbing did for me.

The plumbers were punctual and professional. The new faucet looks great. It is also frostless and has backflow prevention as well. They even put insulation on the inside of my garage that leads to the faucet. I appreciated that they answered all my questions including those about what future jobs I was thinking of would require and cost. I had been asking about either replacing my hot water heater or installing a tankless water heater. My plumber also emailed a copy of my receipt.

Felt a bit price gouged. Team was very professional. Team understood details and had the required knowledge. Got a quote for sink installation that was outrageously high. I need to call them back to re-grout their work as it is coming loose.

The staff who arrived from Harvey West were very polite, professional, and courteous. Did a very good job on replacing 2 supply valves and a kitchen faucet. Everything looks very good. Unfortunately, the price was very expensive. Harvey West's regular pricing for kitchen faucet install was over $300, and the supply valve replacement was over $200. Service call was $39. I had a $100 coupon credit that I had purchased from an Angie's List promotion which helped a bit, but for something that took less than 1.5 hours for 2 guys to finish, their asking price is way too high. I was able to talk it down a bit on price, but looking back on it I wish I had tried to talk that price down even further. Even with the $100 coupon, I ended up paying an additional $400. So in total I was billed $500. Simply because of the price, I will probably look around for a different plumber.

They installed to water heaters and it went fine. We have used them in the past.

I decided to not go with this company.

I can't remember the exact cost now but seemed very high. They sent an email receipt which I did not print out. I prefer and save hard copies. I had purchased a coupon for $200 worth of plumbing and had a slow drain in upstairs bath. It never occurred to me that a slow drain would cost even as high as $200. They came and had to use a snake but took very little time and yes, clog was taken care of. Turned out I had an snake- auger in garage and could have done myself...my bad. They sent a two man crew so that is probably part of why cost so high. Service call high but guess that is standard with plumbers.

The installation went well. My water heater is in the attic so they had get the water heater up a folding stairs. They got the old one down by sliding it on the stairs. Getting the new one up the stairs required more effort. They reconnected the water and gas lines, checked the lines for leaks, and ran the water at the sink. They were most expensive than Home Depot of Lowe's but I expected that. The water heater is a Rheem, which I believe is a good brand. Overall no problems.

It went well overall. My only complaint is the fact that they laid the old water heater in the driveway while working, and it left a large rust stain that is still visible now, more than two months lataer. Other than that, quality of work was excellent. Even with the stain, I would use this company again.

It turned out fine. They were fast and got the job done.
