I just needed to replace my bathroom sink faucet, but the provider was going to charge $225 just to replace the faucet. I had already purchased the faucet, so this seemed very high to me. I feel like it was a bait-and-switch deal.

The price quoted was very high for the amount of time required. I would like to have my $20 returned since they were so terribly expensive. This business has a book price, regardless of the time involved. The plumber estimated 45 minutes to complete the job. I find $327 an outrageous price for that amount of time expended. I will NEVER use them!

Declined service provider work as based upon his price quote and service manager hanging up (no four letter word were exchanged and call was kept at a professional basis except for hang up).

Installer was very friendly...they had to come back to connect vent at top of hot water heater...which showed up on city inspection. Also came out and adjusted the hot water setting....

Assessed the situation, explained the $99 service discount plan, applied the coupon we had purchased through Angie's List, and told us that the brand of disposal they carried was better than the cheaper ones we had found on line, and made the replacement with a unit right off the truck, and it was all done. So far, so good.

It went well. They were very prompt. I paid for the service, the standard plumbing service fee, licenses necessary for the job, and others that were to be expected. They replaced and discarded the broken water heater. They made it ready for the city inspection and they managed all the coordination. As far as the service is concerned, they were very good and very professional.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and the repair did not take long on repairs. They put in a better quality faucet and I was very pleased.

Harvey West Plumbing was quick to communicate with me and get an appointment setup. They were prompt in their arrival and very accurate in their estimate of cost and time. Very happy with their service!

The service was fantastic. They were very responsive, reasonable, and super well informed. They have worked for me subsequently on a commercial issue, and so they can take care of any plumbing need, whethere commercial or residential.

Because they did some personal work for me, through Angie's List, I called them to do some work for me at the office, and they responded immediately. I would tell people to rest easy if they call them.

Took no more than fifteen minutes to complete the job. Charged $228 plus a $39 service call fee. I had purchased the Angie's List deal "$100 for $20" which brought my total cost down to $187. Quick response... On time... Friendly and professional ...but way too high priced for me to ever use again.

They showed up promptly and were highly professional. They had every possible plumbing issue listed on an iPad with a price. Everything about these guys was perfect except for the price. They charged $300 to "find the leak" in my yard. I pointed to a spot and was within 12" of the actual leak. Then they charged $700 to repair it, which took less than 10 minutes with no materials. I wish I'd shopped around more and found someone more affordable.

When I logged into Angie's List to locate a service provider the first thing I saw was a coupon for Harvey West Plumbing. As I looked up details I found they were within a couple of miles of my home. I purchased the coupon and was contacted by Tony to schedule the appointment in less than an hour from my purchase. I scheduled the appointment for later in the next day and then a few hours later I got a call from Tony saying someone had rescheduled and they would be able to come earlier to work on my septic system and I quickly agreed since I have not been able to use my toilets for over 5 days. Tony actually showed up earlier than planned which I very much welcomed and was thankful for. In less than 30 minutes Tony had cleared the blockage and had packed up and was ready to leave. I thanked Tony for his quick and quality work as we closed the deal. I highly recommend Harvey West Plumbing for responsiveness and quality and excellent pricing. Additionally I received two $25 coupons in the mail a few days later, one for me and one to give to family or friends. I will definitely use them again.

Friendly and prompt call back to set up appointment. Arrived on time for appointment. Plumber and helper worked on the jobs. Took about 1 1/2 to hours to complete job. Cleaned up area they worked in. Reconnected hoses to outdoor faucet. Removed the device from garage area so our trash pick up could discard.

It was a fairly simple job. They came in and took care of it and were fine. The two guys that came out were good, took care of the work and explained what they were doing. They were polite and courteous. They did the work in a timely manner.

This is not a good deal.After the deal is purchased,you are told that the first $39 is for the service call.No problem with a service call fee,that pays all the travel expense.This leaves $61 in plumbing services.i would have expected to pay something more to install the faucet,but never would imagine it would be an additional $275. This job was 45 min.,start to finish.I supplied the new faucet and all water lines and valves were in and in good condition.Not even a washer had to be supplied. In fairness to the supplier,I was made aware of all costs prior to any work being done. All big deals are not good deals!This was extremely over priced and can be purchased fro a licensed plumber for 40% to60%less.

They were polite and professional. They called to say that they were going to arrive 1/2 hour before they showed up. They arrived on-time. I showed them the garbage disposal as well as the new disposal which I had purchased. This installed the new disposal. I gave them a "C" on price because I think that their Angies list "deal" is a little confusing. One thing should be clear: the Angie's List deal is for $20 for any $100 off of their normal price of the repair. In other words, you are saving $80 off of any repair that they do. I was confused to the terms of the deal and thought that it was $20 for one hour of plumbing services. I explain this only because I had a specific conversation with the person who scheduled the services, who informed me that I could purchase the Angie's list deal and that the work could be done in 1 hour. But, when the plumbers arrived, they assessed the situation and gave me their cost (which was around $180 AFTER removing $100 from the bill). Total amount paid to the company, however, is $200. They assessed the charges as an estimate prior to starting the work, which gave me time to go back and re-read the deal and determine that I had misunderstood the situation. That said, I did have a specific conversation with a rep from the company, so I found the situation a little odd. The deal is clearly worded and the mistake was mine for not reading closely. But, in the off-chance that someone else misreads it, I include the situation and explanation of my ratings.

Frustrating! This was an Angie's Big Deal! I should have known better! $20 for $100 of service. This deal was a deal for harvey West! How many companies get paid for promoting their own service contract products! The plumber was very nice, polite and professional. All I wanted was the toilet lifted and a new seal placed. This would cost me over well $200. I said no to the repair, no to the service contract and I asked them to leave.

I have used Harvey West Plumbing twice and both times Leo came out he was great! Super professional and kept me updated along the way and gave me a couple of alternatives along with his personal decision.

He did a great job. He was very professional, he was on time, he knew what he was doing, we talked and discussed what would would be needed to repair it, and he gave me a bid. I thought he was very high, but plumbers are all high.

Jack called 30 minutes before he arrived, and was right on time. He was very nice and professional. Not only did he fix the leak, but he helped me deal with the home warranty company even thought this was not a service they cover. He also took the time to tour my new home and go over how the hot water heater timer works, checked previous plumbing work that was to be completed by the former owner, and gave me a bid on some other items as well. I would use this company for EVERY plumbing issue I have or will ever have. Great service from the first phone call, to the wave goodbye.

Arrived promptly quoted $546.66 to replace a plain white toilet (not including SHUT OFF VALVE, SUPPLY LINE OR FLOOR FLANGE) quoted $266.67 to install a faucet set in utiliity sink (faucet set NO INCLUDED) quoted $110.00 for "Plumbing Service Agreement" for future discounts on their services. So for $823.32!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We would still not have the toilet working or the leak fixed without buying another 200.00 faucet set at the store!!!!!!!!!! Grand total approaction $$$$$1,000.00!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think they are bad bad people and will make all my friends aware!!!!! if anyone from Angies LIst wants to call me they can.

I DID NOT USE IT, BUT SPEAKING WITH THEM THEY WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, CHECKED IN WITH ME EVERY TWO WEEKS TO SEE IF I WAS READY TO MAKE AN APPT. IF I EVER NEEDED A PLUMBER AGAIN , I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM. EXCELLENT.
