Description of Work: We recently had a gas problem and as a result all gas appliances had to be switched off. The water heater had no problem but as I was unfamiliar with them I called this company to come out and switch both heaters back on. I picked this company as they had some positive reviews on Angies list and they were doing a special $39 for $100 worth of work. Even though I knew I did not need $100 worth of work the deal made it worth while.....or so I thought. The job took less than 5 minutes to complete and the total charge was $141.57. When I queried this I was told that the price included the truck with all its supplies and arriving promptly to do the job. When I booked this call I explained the situation so the company was aware upfront all that was needed done. So to recap this company charges $141.57 to turn on 2 water heaters with a total time lapse of 5 minutes. Seriously they should be ashamed. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company on the principal I would not want to see anyone else get ripped off.

I apologize that you feel the technician was only at your home for 5 minutes. However, our records show a dispatch time at 2:15pm and completion time of 3:55 pm. Total time lapse of 1 hour and 40 minutes for your plumbing issue. Upon arrival you informed our technician you had only one water heater. The licensed plumber knew for the size of your home you must have more than one water heater. You then gave permission to search your garage, second attic and a few interior closets for another water heater and was finally found your second water heater in an outside closet. Our licensed plumber took care of both issues as you had requested. Your total cost was $80 out of pocket and we sincerely apologize that you feel you were overcharged for a trained, experienced & licensed plumber to come to your home with liability insurance and a fully stocked truck. However you did say that you did not want to wait 3 days for the Natural Gas company to come for free.

Description of Work: The company is very responsive. The technician arrived on time. But the estimate is way high, and there is none negotiable room. I ended up pay $59.95 for the service call, and can not use $25 angieslist coupon either. I did not use them to do the job. Another plumber did the job for me the second day with half the price.

Great overall experience.
Description of Work: Very professional, replaced hot water heater on a Saturday, was here exactly when they said he would be and had the water heater replaced in about 1.5 hours. He gave me options to fix my old heater which I declined because of its age. Kathy did a great job on the phone answering all my questions and giving me options. I was particularly pleased that I was able to call on a Friday evening after business hours and in less than 24 hours had a new hot water heater. Would highly recommend this company.
