The initial sales contact was professional and promising. The day of the job, the project manager Gemma arrived with two painters, spoke with me about my expectations and disappeared. The two painters moved quickly to paint the two smaller guest rooms and I was pleased with the work. However, the master bedroom did not turn out so well. After painting two of the main walls with a grey paint color I'd selected, I stopped them b/c I really didn't like the color once it was on the wall. I asked them to let me choose another color and to repaint - I was willing to pay; they reluctantly agreed. What I did not realize was that they did not intend to prime the wall, covering the two colors (the original orange-y color and the new grey color) before adding yet another color - green. So, I asked them multiple times to prime the wall first but the painter refused and assured me the two layers of new green paint would hide the others. NOT! Grey + Green makes teal and that's the colors the walls turned out to be. I wanted Green. Given that the company gives you a 2-yr warranty on their work, I'd like to give them a chance to make this right, but I have not received a call back. Very disappointed!

Tomas & tony were excellent painters – very detailed oriented & also very aware of keeping all furniture & floors clean & free from any paint spots. They showed up every morning on time even the had to drive several Miles on the highlight of this service were my kitchen cabinets that were in horrible shape – they now look better then when house was new! My home is now one I can’t wait to show off!

I liked that they were on time and communicated everything to me before they started working. I have a two story house and they were able to work on the second floor without any complaints. They even dried the whole wall by hand with blow dryers because it was humid out. They did an awesome job and said that if I noticed any issues that they would come back and touch it up. I would highly recommend them for any job.

Initially it went well. The estimator arrived on time, gave competitive pricing and followed up in a professional manner. I had removed 90% my personal items from the garage, and left a handful of bulky items on the center of the garage floor which left plenty of room for the crew to work around. Upon arrival, we discussed the items in the center floor and they agreed they could easily be covered and there was sufficient room for them to proceed. The crew began their work, but the only one who spoke any English left within the hour. The tape repairs took longer to dry than planned due to the cooler late October weather, so the painting did not begin until about 3pm in the afternoon and finished after dark about 8pm. I had chosen a new paint similar color to the original, and in the low garage light and evening darkness it was difficult to closely examine the results but appeared to be satisfactory. The next morning, I found that the crew had used my own drop cloths and plastic sheeting they found in the garage to attempt to protect my garage items from the splatter of paint and tape mud compound. They completely missed painting the ceiling attic entry, water heater closet door and entry door and trim. The shelves that lined each side of the garage where only painted on the bottom. Large paint drips with footprints tracked obviously across the garage floor and many of my items had big blobs of paint and additional splatter. Calls to the company were not returned. I spent hours cleaning up and had to finish painting the attic entry, water heater door , entry door and shelves myself.

Work was done on schedule. Took a little longer than expected but great job.

I am very happy with the work that five star painting did for me – From the estimations to the completed work everyone was super. They fixed any issues on the spot & I have no complaints about anything. I well have them back to paint again. & their price was the best I received.

They did a wonderful job. I am a perfectionist & Oman always pays attention to detail. Great team!

Accounting and professional workers.

The job was well done. There are a few on the cost, but they were classified to me before job started. Bheula came in twice, one after the first visit & the walk through. The gaps wiring on the painting (led by Carlo, ) are good, delayed with a very positive attitude and manner.
