It was even better than expected. The details are phenomenal. I never thought I would say that a fence is beautiful but I'm saying it now!

Wonderful. The quality was great and when I called out any items that needed to be corrected they were prompt and corrected then immediately.

First, let me start out by saying Francisco and all his emoyees were so kind and a pleasure to work with. Secondly, from the crew who tore down the old fence to the crew who built the retaining wall to the crew who erected the fence all worked so hard in over 100 degree weather. They were always so appreciative and thankful whenever I brought them out something to drink. Thirdly, they were like artists as they built the retaining wall and erected the fence. One of the sprinklers wasn't working correctly, Francisco immediately sent the guys out to fix it. These men did such a beautiful job!! I couldn't have asked for nicer or more conscientious workers. Thank you Francisco, your son's and all your employees!

Be extremely careful with these people. Read the contract very closely. They charge you a deposit that is not refundable, even if the do no work, and they do not tell you that it is not refundable. They completely have you over a barrel, and you can do nothing about it. The contract also says that you must pay for 100% of the work when they have completed 90% of the work. This is dangerous for obvious reasons And they certainly do not share this with you unless you read the fine print. Our experience with them was fine on the front end when they were giving a bid, but was terrible when we begin dealing with them on the execution and documentation side. They completely ignore you once they get your deposit, and you can do nothing about it. Would never consider recommending or using them.

best quote experience we had. Only reason we did not go with them was they are expensive because they use the best materials. When asked for a cheaper alternative, they said they do not use those.

I think they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone else. They're fair in their price and they did good quality work. It was 440 linear feet of fence. They cleaned up after themselves, they did preparation of the fence, they tore down my other fence, and then they replaced it with the new fence. They did some decorative woodwork around the doors. It's a very pretty fence. They did a great job on everything that they did, they honestly did. I cannot recommend them any more highly. I would not have a problem recommending them to anybody.

Quality is top notch. I've used them in the past, so I was fine with the waiting list. Communication was not perfect and clean-up was not perfect, but you can't beat the quality of the wood or their skills. No problems with the staining. I asked Francisco about the negative reviews regarding overspray and he said that he's not using that person anymore due to the problems. The fence and gates are beautiful. They will continue to be my fence company of choice.

Francisco showed up on scheduled, looked over the properties, and promised to get back to me promptly with an estimate. After several days I called and left 2 separate messages asking for the promised estimates. He never afforded me the courtesy of a call nor an estimate. If he wasn't interested in taking the job, it would have been nice to have been told that so we could look for another company. Not very professional.

They did a super job and I was very happy with them. It cost a lot of money, and I would use them again. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive.

We couldn't come to an agreement on fair price. I was trying to do a wrap around fence. Their price was more than what I was willing to pay. I'm not particularly derogatory about them, I'm just kind of saying that I couldn't use them. I think they wanted a budget of $8,200 or something, but it was a free estimate. I think they're very firm on their pricing and there was not a whole lot of negotiating room there. But then again I don't see the prices every day so I don't know how much they cost. We never really got off the ground on this budget so I don't know if it's a fair assessment. Their quote was very clear. I think they're very good on punctuality. There were two projects that I was gonna do and I ended up re-prioritizing which project I was gonna do because I couldn't establish a fair value with them. I had the financing for 8,000 on a budget card and they wouldn't gonna come off of that cost. They kind of knew that I was qualified, yet I kind of failed, and they won't further negotiate beyond that point. They do very good work and they have done work for someone that I know. They stick to their price from what I could gather and maybe that was why we couldn't get anything done. But I've seen their quality of work and it's very good. I don't want to paint an inappropriate picture. I just want to share my experience from my interaction with them. We didn't do a project with them, we just discussed the project. They really have a good thing going in their reviews on Angie's List, but in any kind of business you need to have flexibility with your cost. If you can't budge a hundred dollars off your projected price on an 8,000 bid then you need to reevaluate how you do business. You can use a different kind of material, height on your fencing or type of device to pull back your door. I would use them again for the right price. These guys are a very, very skilled work group and they put a really good product.

It was ok, I would probably not use them again. They do not come out on scheduled times, they are very unavailable communication wise, and they say they will fix something and do not. They have a lot of BBB complaints on them, we just did not check on that beforehand. The product is beautiful it is just the communication is really bad and they promise things will happen at a certain time and things do not get done at that time. The only way to really get them to do something is to withhold payment from him. They started in mid-August.

Fence company over sprayed house and car. Will not return calls after a week of calling

Everything went fine until the end of the project. Things didn't start to go wrong until AFTER they had cashed my check and left the project uncompleted. At the end, I left voice mails and text messages repeatedly for Francisco, asking for them to come finalize the project. He ignored me completely. I then reached out to Max, who had originally sold me the fence. I let him know that some carpentry work still needed to be completed as well as some boards needed staining. I told him that I was going to leave a review on Angie's List, including pictures. That afternoon, Frisco had two guys out to finish the carpentry work. However, the staining still is not completed. I should NOT have to beg them to come back and finish. Frisco does not even take my calls any more. The project was paid IN FULL on July 7th, and more than a month later it is still not complete (after WEEKS of begging and pleading with them). So here I am at one of my last resorts in leaving these photos on Angie's List.

Cisco provided one of three fence estimates. The price was in line with the other higher end builders. I liked what I heard as to the warranty and the fact they use screws rather than nails. They have a lot of design options to choose from. My daughter was graduating about 5 weeks after I had Cisco provide a quote. I told them I want to have them build the fence and the wait time was about 5 weeks. We had family from all over the country coming into town and I needed the fence complete two days before her graduation as everyone would be here at that time. I was told they would do their best to get it done but couldn't make any promises. Needless to say they actually came out three weeks later and built the fence. I have to say they did an excellent job and the fence looks great. We had two gates installed and all of our guests loved it. In fact, two neighbors came over and thanked us for making their fences look like cr@p now. The fence has not yet been stained due to all the rain but as soon as it does I will submit another review on the staining process. We are very happy with the fence and the responsiveness of Francisco and his team.

It turned out beautifully but there were some problems. They were over committed and it took a long time, but the results are amazing. My advice to anyone who chooses to use them, make sure all of the work is completed detail by detail before you turn over your final payment to them.

Our fence was damaged in spring/early summer storms last year. I had multiple companies out for estimates and decided on Cisco. They were understandably backed up, as all companies were, so there was no issue with waiting. I was sold on the quality build of their fences, especially that they use screws for all fastening instead of nails. Once the build started, it went great, and we had a beautiful new fence within a week. After the wood had several weeks to dry out, we were to have the fence stained. This is where things went wrong and have remained. I just saw a recent review with the same problem, and it encouraged me to write this review, especially given that I emailed Francisco twice in the month of April with no follow up. Our fence had a couple of areas that needed to be tightened up, and it was no problem getting the crew out to repair. The stain, however, appears to have been done by sub contractors who did not take the time to cover my grass before staining. All grass around the perimeter of the fence was killed, including new sod that we installed after the fence was built. I refused to pay the final payment until Cisco sent someone out to look at it, and I was just told that the grass would come back. This was totally false. To this day I have dead grass around the perimeter of the fence. I also wanted to find out the best way to repair a couple of knot holes in the fence since those are not covered in the warranty. I was told that a supervisor would drop off some wood putty that they use for this purpose. That never happened. I'm the most disappointed in the grass issue. For a company that builds such great fences, this detail is unacceptable. Even more unacceptable is that I emailed the owner on April 8 and then again on April 24 of this year asking for a follow-up...if anything to find out how to fix the knot holes. I have yet to receive a response, and it's that total disregard for customer service that has earned Cisco a D overall rating. This could have easily been an A review had Francisco cared enough about his customer's satisfaction to do a simple follow up.

Although the fencing installed is beautiful, it is all the small things this company did that I would be very cautious in recommending to anyone else. ?We had contracted with them in early June to install the fencing. ?At the time they had estimated the start date would be 3 to 4 weeks. ?After NO communication for several weeks past the estimated date, I initiated contact to check on status. ?At which time they informed me they were now 8 weeks out. ?Again after NO communication and the new date had past, we contacted them again. ?They started shortly after. ?The job was finally done in late September/October. Upon completion, they sub-contracted out the staining of the fence. ?This subcontractor did not properly protect the new lawn we had just put in, nor our landscaping. ?The stain was over-sprayed onto the grass. ?Which killed and destroyed 1 to 2 feet along the entire fence line. ?When Cisco came out for final payment, we tried to discuss the issue where they killed the brand new lawn and landscaping. ?They did not care and only were concerned with getting their final payment. We hoped that the spring may revitalize the dead lawn, but it did not. ?Now the area looks horrible. We spent thousands putting in a new lawn and Cisco destroyed it in the matter of an afternoon and couldn't care less. ?The lawn along the fencing is now a muddy mess. ?We will now have to spend hundreds of dollars to attempt to repair the lawn and landscaping. For these reasons I would recommend AVOIDING this company at all costs. ?They may build a quality fence, but everything else is horrible and they could destroy your beautiful home or landscaping. ?BE CAREFUL.

Due to tornado in December, my fence had to be replaced. I researched fence companies and received three estimates, with Cisco my ultimate choice. Francisco gave me options for stain and gate styles. Cisco removed my existing fence and replaced with beautiful custom fence and two beautiful gates. Team was very professional and meticulous in building my 8 ft board on board fence. They took their time and I now have a beautiful and strong fence. Timeframe is 5 1/2 weeks from contract sign to work started. Totally worth the wait. Very satisfied.

The job performed was great. Their communication needs work (quote guy was 90 minutes early, unsure of actual start date, stain team showed up with no advance notice), but I am very pleased with the fence and the quality was excellent. The frustration with communication has greatly paled over time, and I am thrilled with the quality of my fence.

When I first was interested in a fence, the return phone was immediate. We later scheduled an estimate of which was very punctual. When we finally decided to go with them we met very soon to get a deposit of 10%, at this time he said they were very busy and would take 6weeks. I accepted this. But after 2 and a half months down, I started to get worried and ended up calling back several times saying I sent emails, of which he never received. I called about 5 times in course of a 2 weeks. Finally we setup an install time. It was awesome work don't get me wrong but they did cut my internet cable in the yard which interrupted my work but that said.... ALL of the employees were extremely courteous and skilled. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely. I love the work, I get compliments all the time. It really was the initial time issue but I chalk that up to them being busy, with their worksmenship, I can understand why. They even included a few things extra in the price.

The crew arrived on time, was very professional, worked hard, and finished at the time promised. They did a great job on building two gates as well.

The tear out and installation went well. The crew arrived on time, the job was completed within the estimated time we were given. The fence is well made, the materials are good quality and they are one of the only companies that offer a 10 year warranty. Cisco (the owner) came out on the last day to make sure we were happy with the project and he made sure the little things we were concerned about were taken care of immediately. In addition, he had his crew add some design details to the fence at no charge because he wanted it to have a nice drive up appeal. Overall, we got a very nice, solid fence for the money we spent. Follow up: Fast forward one year and the erosion problem returned in an area they had reenforced the landscape wall. I contacted them by email three times with no response. I then called Cisco on his cell phone and left a message. No response. I called back and was able to connect with Cisco who apologized and sent Hugo to my house to assess the situation. Hugo agreed that the issue needed to be addressed and it fell under warranty. This was Friday, February 26. Hugo told me he would contact me on the following Monday February 29, and setup a time for repairs. I called Cisco on Thursday March 3rd to find out repair timing. He again apologized for the delayed response and told me his crew would be out on Saturday to affect repairs. At 11 am on Saturday, I called to determine when the crew would arrive and was told they were finishing a job and would be there soon. They arrived about 1 pm. The crew spoke broken English and between that and my broken Spanish, we were able to communicate. They made the repairs but did not have a clear work order so when I asked them to look at the other area Hugo and I had discussed, they seemed a bit put out. They did the repair but then quickly said thank you and goodbye (I feel) to ensure I did not find something else to keep them there about. (to be fair, that is just my perception but is that not what matters in a customer relationship?) I feel like they should come back with a load of dirt to backfill what was lost but I will not ask them to do that. Bottom Line: The fence is of very good quality materials, workmanship and design and should last a long time I do believe the owner, Cisco will stand behind his work. I feel he is a man of integrity but has some people working for him that don't have the same level of commitment to customer service. I think they lose track of some things because they have gotten very busy and do not have an efficient system to manage their business. Their salesperson, Hugo, is young and needs to understand that well organized communication is critical to maintaining a happy customer. Had he stayed in contact with me and ensured I knew what would be happening and when, this review would have gotten MUCH better ratings. Would I hire them again, yes but I would make sure they understood what I expect of them regarding communication.

SUPERB QUALITY, highly professional service, and exceptional value. The quality of the building materials and the worksmanship were pleasant surprises - we got much more than we expected. Francisco's team were great, and Francisco personally followed up and answered questions about coordinating with several other contractor doing separate work at the same time. From the bid to final staining, everything occurred exactly as Francisco promised - perfect!
