"Contacted Jose, he came over to look at pool/spa and answered all our questions. We wanted pebble tech finish, tile at upper edge of pool, spa tile redone, and new LED light for both pool and spa. They started on a Thursday, removed three layers of surface material down to the gunite. Friday, they picked up up materials, Saturday they started the project new pebble tech and all new tiles on both spa and pool. They completed the work on Sunday, and followed up with acid wash, and daily, Jose would come by to sweep pool, add chemicals as needed, until project was complete. My wife and I can’t say enough of how our 33,000 gallon pool ended looking like new and prettier. Jose keeps you informed of process and is a very hardworking honest person who delivers a great product and customer support."

Gage Johnson was our Project Manager, and he did an excellent job of bringing us the design, walking us through the process and stayed engaged throughout with communications and onsite during key activities. The crews were incredible in their skills, and ensuring everything was taken care of. The owner of the company came out on several visits to check on how things were progressing and provided drone photos from above. A cool feature to see from above how things look and the transformation that took place. Not sure you see many owners actively engaged but the attention and time taken was greatly appreciated. We have a full time office staff that answer and respond to any questions or concerns. We back all our work with a 100% guarantee and offer 1 year warranty on labor as well as manufacturer warranty.
"Was referred to Champion by my home warranty company. Love the customer service. Throughout the process had the same customer service person (communicated by email.) Pump was not working. Tech came out said parts were needed as there was leak around pump. He tighten everything while waiting for parts approval and order. Pump ran best it has in a very long while. Customer service explained what was happening. Parts were approved, ordered and tech came out to replace. (work order 2027210)"

"hector Felix is full of excuses. lied about having a permit which is currently “still in process”. since March, 2022 all he has done is dig a hole in my back yard. yet, i have paid him close to $30,000. I will make sure he never installs a pool or comes near someones home in the state of Texas again. to top it off, he did a minor second story extension inside of my house which has to be torn down because it’s unsafe and not done up to code. this guy has no business being in construction or running a business. he is a crook and your project will either be done wrong or won’t get done. The attorney general and licensing authorities are being contacted and Hector will be sued accordingly."
