Champion Pool Service

Was referred to Champion by my home warranty company. Love the customer service. Throughout the process had the same customer service person (communicated by email.) Pump was not working. Tech came out said parts were needed as there was leak around pump. He tighten everything while waiting for parts approval and order. Pump ran best it has in a very long while. Customer service explained what was happening. Parts were approved, ordered and tech came out to replace. (work order 2027210)

As a business owner and someone who's business also heavily services Home Warranty customer's which I would take their reviews with a grain of salt as people only leave one sided reviews when it comes to Home Warranty repairs. My review is for out of pocket service that I pay for monthly with Champion going on almost 3 years now since I bought my house in Lake Highlands. I will start off by saying the first few techs who serviced my pool have been god awful and I don't believe they work with the company anymore. My new tech Vincent is absolutely the man! He is very thorough with his cleaning and chemicals to my pool, he texts me every time he is on the way, and I always reach out to him with pool questions when I don't get something. Vincent has restored my faith in Champion, and he should be a role model for any business in terms of customer service and etiquette and over all quality. Also see reviews for the owner, I have had 0 issues when speaking with him and he seems like a stand up guy.

Been using for a year. This summer it’s been difficult to get the algae bloom under control. My tech Cade messaged me and explained what he was doing and keeping me in the loop on progress. I told him I was seeing some issues and he showed up on a Saturday morning and put in some serious work. My pool water looks better today than at any time I can remember. Good guy and great dedication to outstanding service. Thanks Cade!

Champion came out to repair my pool and did an amazing job. They were fast , professional, and my pump is running better than it ever has in the last 2 +years! It has been over 3 months since they made the repair and it's still going strong, so I'm very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Amazing job! He was so quick to get the job done when I called the day before. Equipment is back up and running. I highly recommend. 5 stars!

BEWARE Well, unfortunately this review needs to be posted. This company is very corrupt. I hired Champion Pool Services to manage my pool needs. Following the hire I went out of town for 2 weeks. This company was aware I would be out of state, and they were to manage the pool while I was away. I returned to a pool full of algae, mud and leaves. When I called the company regarding the issues I was told it was because it was "windy" outside. Not so, there was too much in the pool to be anything but neglect. I left the owner, Jerry a voicemail stating I wanted to cancel my service immediately, and to forward my final bill. I did not receive a return phone call. I sent a follow up email to the owner and the billing person stating in writing that I wanted to discontinue services. I did not receive a response. The following week my neighbor called me saying the pool service tech came to my home and was in my pool area. When I realized this, I immediately contacted Jerry, and left a voicemail stating the service was cancelled and I would not be paying for any further services. I did not receive a return call. The following week after that my neighbor called AGAIN to say there was a pool person in my yard attempting to clean. I asked her to tell the man to leave my yard, and he called me asking what was going on. I explained that I had cancelled my service both verbally and in writing weeks ago. He seemed confused, and asked what he should do. I told him to Stop - and to not come back. I then had to leave a very aggressive voicemail to Jerry saying I would seek legal action if they returned. I paid my final bill, and thought my Champion Pool issues were over. It is now 3 months later, and I have a collection agency contacting. Apparently, Jerry at Champion Pool Service sent me to collections for non payment for the Month following the service that I had cancelled. I've never dealt with this type of thing before, and I am shocked at the low level of professionalism in all areas with this company. BEWARE - this company is very unethical. The pool service is grossly lacking, and the customer service is beyond non-exisitent.

They claim money for services that were not provided since they never showed up 2 out of 4 times of month of July 2021. When they sent the invoice and we responded back why they're asking money for services that they didn't provide, since they didn't show up for half of the month (proved with evidences from pool cameras), they never replied... They also noticed that the pump that was not working because the capacitor broke from the heat, but instead of reporting this, they just went away! We had to find out this from our pool cameras... Instead of getting an answer about all these, they were only asking for full payment and threaten us that if we dont pay, they will go to debt collectors! Nothing about services that were not provided or pump not working... Back office has really no idea what the field empoyees are doing, and they only care to get your money, they dont hear customer complaints... Following month, the showed up all 4 times, but their service was very poor, they didnt even brush or vaccum the pool...attaching pictures from same day service, you can see algae growth signs and dirty bottom from dead chlorine and dirt.

In the process, the technician that were taking care of the pool took a piece, it was a piece attached to the vacuum to clean the pull and they still have not replace it or back to the correct piece. Resolution requested is to have them purchase a new piece so we don't have to continue going back and fort. We were not able to use the pool since June.
