They are always very respectful, clean, and they always wear booties when inside my home. They do a good job of training their employees. I give them all high remarks.
Description of Work: They provided air conditioner service. I have used them for twice a year maintenance on the filters and then for the winter and summer checks on the air conditioner and furnace.

+ -1 moreI have used them for the last 14 years and I am very pleased with their service. They are fantastic, they are very professional. I had one guy that I did not care for over the time that I have used them as he tried to sell a system and he told me there was no payment system even when there was, I had seen that representative twice. I will not use that representative but all of the other employees are great. The system is still good and I have had no issues with it. I did get a second opinion on his evaluation and it was determined that he was wrong.
Description of Work: They come in March for air conditioning service and in October for heating. They do this twice a year. The cost above is per year. The air conditioner is in the attic above my garage and for $100.00 they change the filter out each quarter.

The representative explained everything that he did, he did not make a mess, and he was very courteous and professional. He was very clean and respectful. He did not talk above me and the office staff is very kind as well. We would use them again and we would recommend them to friends.
Description of Work: They put in our air conditioner three years ago and they do a yearly check on the system. They replaced an older unit that we babied through 30 years.

Description of Work: They unclogged a drain most recently. They have been servicing our air conditioning units for over 15 years. They also installed a water heater. They installed our air conditioner in the past and they unclogged an exterior drain as well.

+ 0 moreTheir work is always first class. They put booties on when they come in your home. They are very responsive and they will take care of any errors immediately. We had them putting in a new furnace a while ago and one of the guys fell through the ceiling in a bedroom and they had the ceiling repaired and retextured that same day. In talking to other people at my church, I have found that this company is right in line with price and they are on the high end of quality for the work.
Description of Work: We use them regularly for air conditioning, heating, and plumbing service. Most recently they did our spring checkup on the air conditioning units. They do the fall checkup as well. The cost above is for 2 checkups a year and 10% off all other service calls during the year.

The quality was very good and I had used the technician a year prior to that on another issue. He is very easy to communicate with and he was in tune with the business as well. He did the work in a timely and affordable manor.

+ -1 more, The man who came to the house fixed my A/C on a day that reached over 105. He took time to explain what he was doing, suggested ways I could monitor my unit and keep my expenses down, and offered advice on when to start thinking about a new unit. I was extremely pleased with his work, his attitude, and his professionalism. I decided to resign up for their service maintenance agreement, which gives me a service call to check the unit for cooling in the summer and heating in the winter.
Description of Work: Established that the capacitor on my outside A/C unit was not working. Fixed that, and did a check of the entire unit. He made sure that everything was working both in the attic and outside.

They take care not to track in on your floors. They clean up any mess they make and they never take too long. The service folks are always friendly and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: We purchase an annual plan with James Lane and they service our heating unit and our airconditioning unit. They come out for each before the season starts. They have always been the very best I could expect. When we've needed service, they are prompt and very effecient and they are reasonable in their charges.

They did a give a high service price on an estimate to do some work in an attic, this was for duct work replacement. I had to use a different company due to this. They did not tell me what was wrong with the duct work and the guy who did the work explained the system only needed replaced in a few areas. He even brought the work down to show me what needed to be done.

Description of Work: Our house had an old AC unit which was worn out 3 years ago and limping along. James Lane sent a repairman over when the AC went out on a hot day (100+F). We knew a new AC unit was in order. The repairman was able to get the last little bit out of the old unit and gave us an estimate on a new unit. The old unit did work again thru the weekend thanks to the James Lane repairman. Note that we had another company come out to fix the old unit and was told there was nothing that could be done - we would have sweated thru the hot weekend if not for James Lane. James Lane arrived early, worked all day, and installed the new AC without problem.
