It was a very pleasant experience with honesty and integrity.

I rent my home part time to short term visits to McAllen Texas. I have a tenant there now, who stated there was toilet leaks and I was not too sure if it was actually the toilet or the water leaking while showering! I got the call Wednesday to let me know about the toilet. I then got on Angie's List to find a decent, licensed plumber because in the past I have had very...and I mean VERY bad experiences!I asked Martin if he could go see the renters, find out what it is that is really leaking and he said Friday, was busy, but Saturday between 1 and 3pm, he could be there, so I let the renters know and just got a text, with a detailed note as well as pictures of all that he did. Th hardware was replaced in the tank, sealed, and caulked around the base of the toilet. It is the week end and I was very worried about how much this was going to cost me. To my surprise, it was reasonable. Since I am in Canada on a contract, I was not able to be there, nor was I available to pay tho man right away, so I have a friend sending the money to him. I can't thank you enough Martin from Mike's Plumbing! Great job, great and timely fashion for the work and very trusting gent! Again, thanks to Angies List and Mike's Plumbing for making this long distance job a "Fete de complete!" (job well done) Thanks, Dee

Very pleased. They advised me that I could order a replacement part from the faucet manufacturer for the repair. Also, showed me how to install it when it arrived. They did not charge a service call and their advice was perfect. Would definitely call them again!

Martin is very professional. He knows what he is doing. He did an awesome job of installing a reverse osmosis system.

I first called without urgency, but when the pipe behind my toilet began to leak they immediately rushed over. They were on another job. They had some people stay at the other job to continue their work, but had some worker come over to our house immediately. Great company.

They did a wonderful job. They are reliable, on time, trustworthy, and they do good work. The quality is excellent. When there was a problem with one of the sinks they came right back without question. I would use them again in the future.

Mike and his son Micky are very, very, very good. In our big project they reviewed the original plans and pointed out errors in the engineering drawings and made suggestions which angered the original engineers, but they were absolutely correct in their suggested changes. I wish we had used them in all of our new projects. Mike's Plumbing is not cheap, but they are very, very, very good.

I can not begin to describe how pleased I was with this company. They were able to start one day ahead of what they first told me. This father and son team worked with one employee. They were professional, concerned, courteous and communicated with me about what was going to happen next at all times. The finished job and estimate were very close to each other. They cleaned up after themselves frequently, worked with diligence and efficiency, took very few breaks. It was necessary for them to make several holes in the wall because of my shallow attic space and when they found it necessary to make these openings, they made them in such a way that they will be easy to repair. The father even told me a great place in the neighborhood to eat Torta's (a side benefit - LOL). They come very highly recommended by me. I will certainly call them the next time I need a plumber and will recommend them to anyone I know in need of plumbing services. I give them a 10+.

I've known him for about 13 years and he was the plumber when I built an assisted living home which was a major contract and he was fantastic!

I got them off the list. They still haven?t given me a time and when I called them they said they don?t know what time they would come and that I should call them on Saturday or the day before. The morning I called them, they said that they would be here in 30 minutes and that they could set it up, so I called the plumber back and told them that I would not need them. A couple of days later I received a letter from and I thought that it was a bill and it was actually a gift certificate for services, which I thought was completely unnecessary and very nice. Their service was terrific.
