Located the problem and repaired it

To be fair, I really cannot give a rating because M and S would not take the job. They said Brownsville is too far from their office. True. It's about a 45 minute drive. At least I give them credit for being honest enough to tell me that instead of making and breaking appointments or not returning calls as others have done.

After sending an e mail to the provider. I NEVER heard from them. NO phone call NO e mail response.

Their price was way too high in comparison to two other quotations I got. I was left with the impression they did not want the work as they may have been to busy with other projects.

Very satisfied with work actually repaired inner part of existing faucet which of course saved us expenses.

Excellent work and service. I would hire Martin again. I will recomend him to all of my friends/neighbors.

Martin is the very BEST in the area. Always willing to give a hand. He fixed my problem on a Saturday with a very affordable and reasonable price. I've relied on him as a plumber for about 3 ½ years. Recommend him highly.

He arrived on time and got the work done. The price seemed reasonable, although perhaps a bit higher than I had hoped. However, the toilet still seems to be leaking at the base, but now on both sides, turning the caulking black with mold. The toilet also seems less steady now. I am not sure that the problem could really be called fixed.

I called, the gentleman said he would be out in a hour. About 10 minutes later he called me back to say that another customer had the time slot originally had just called him and that he was sorry he would need to handle her call before heading out. About 35 minutes later he called again saying he was enroute to my home. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and snaked my main line which cleared the obstruction in the line allowing my shower, tub and toilets to drain in my masterbath. He was very polite, courteous and quick. I will most certainly call them again if/when the need arises in the future.

Work went well & am very pleased with the results.

Martin was very professional and courteous. He did excellent work, I will definitely be calling him for all my future plumbing needs. And will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Great...Martin Hinojosa came out same day that I called. He replaced 3 faucets quickly & went beyond the call of duty by patching up the brickwork around each faucet. Thank you!

Martin provided plumbing for a remodel of guest bathroom...very professional, prompt, cleaned up afterwards and hauled away the old fixtures. Very pleased with his work and will certainly hire him again for future plumbing work.

I called and scheduled a service through this Angie's list but i did not get a response from the company, so i called them directly and they said someone would call me back. When they did call me back, the lady who did call me back said that she wanted to advise me that it would not include a trip fee and that she had to get it approved through a manager to see if they would still go out for that cost. so 3 hours pass by and no phone call back, so I call back and get told that she will call me back. So about 20 min. later she does call back but with outrageous prices ranging from 185-285 but she wasn't sure because only the plumber could determine the cost. Which was why I purchased the 69.00 promo online w/Angie's list in order to estimate what the problem was, and on top of ALL of that, there was now a trip fee of almost 60 to come from a town 40miles away but get someone from my local office in the same town was 30 but i would have to wait an extra day! So no I don't recommend this company at all!

First of all we had been living with on and off malfunctioning toilets that had to be plunged daily for the past 2 years. We hired family friends that did the best they could with their limited knowledge and equipment, yet we held off on having professionals come and take care of the job because we dreaded a potentially expensive work that we could not afford. We looked for a plumbing service on Angie's list, because we had a great experience finding a decent auto mechanic that does the work right. Mike's Plumbing from Weslaco had the highest rating read the reviews, and we made an appointment. What initiated our need to finally reach out and get professional help, was that our toilet was completely clogged despite our use of plunger, auger, and drain o. Sewage even backed up into our bath tub YUCK! Before we had the service worker from Mike's Plumbing come over we braced for a financial hit that we thought we would be paying for throughout the next year, and not to mention we expected a 2 day job to get things done. Instead we were met by an extremely professional worker, that asked what the problem was, and quickly got to work. Got the job done within a 2 hour time frame. When we received the bill, it was reasonable, and affordable! Thank You Mike's Plumbing for helping us remember a time when businesses that advertised a service, did the service, and without financially ruining there customers.

The work went very well. I called for service on Tuesday & Martin came out the next day. The work was performed quickly & professionally. I am very pleased with his work.

I've used them before and they've done very prompt and good work. My water heater gave out for no reason and I called them that day. Due to my work schedule, I had to wait till Saturday for them to come by. They were highly punctual and very helping in deciding what course to go on my problem. Once a decision was made, they got right to work and replaced the water heater right away. My two experiences with this company have been very good. Prompt, fair prices, and great professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough.

Hurray for MikesPlumbing Company !!!! Once again he fixed the problem in record time. He's awesome. I've used the other companies. No one can beat Martin in time and solving the problem. He's arrives on time. His prices are very reasonable. Hurray for Mike's Plumbing Company!!!!

I let them know it was a family of 6. He never responded on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday even though it shows they are open 7 days a week. I left and email and two messages and never heard anything.

Outstanding service. Always goes above and beyond to ensure everything works exceptionally well. He totally rebuilt the flushing mechanism and resealed the tank. He replaced the water supply valve. Tested everything carefully and then took extra time to wipe up and clean up. We are very happy and very impressed. The cost was extremely reasonable, and we got an Angie's discount!

I called them on Saturday and were given an appointment for Monday afternoon. They arrived a bit early, which was actually very helpful. They quickly sussed out the problems with the toilet (a malfunctioning valve and a defective cut off pipe) Got to work immediately and finished in less than an hour. The toilet now functions even better than before and we are highly satisfied with their work, professionalism and speed. I highly recommend this company.

I called the one day and they came out the next day to do what I needed done. I had no problems with them. I did have to purchase the electrical light fixtures, but installed those for us.

Prompt and fast service. Will use them in the future. A little pricey at $68.50 per hour labor.

He was pretty fast or he could be. He got held up by the National Gas Company to get their act together, but he was pretty much there when required. I thought they were a little expensive though, but they were pretty good.

I felt the charge was excessive. I called to speak to the owner and left a message. When I finally got a hold of the company they gave me no information was given and the man on the line was very short and rude. When i asked how much they typically charge for a job like mine he said " let me pull up your account and I'll let you know". I feel this was a poor way to do business. i checked with other providers on how much they charge and there was a $200 difference in price. when i asked the manager about this he said "Well we have charged your card and its gone through so thats what you get sorry lady" I feel like other consumers should know they potentially price gouge and to be aware.
