Mikes Plumbing came out with a mini excavator and a laser level and commenced services on our 5acre lot to hook the houses' 3 septic tanks to the city sewer line. I met with different plumbing companies for this job but chose Mr. Martin on behalf of his professionalism and price point. The biggest plus was that his father and himself came out and assessed the job and communicated with me to tell me what needed to happen and how they were going to do it. Mikes Plumbing knows how a simple Yes Sir no Sir Yes ma'am no ma'am go a long way and just by hearing him say those little signs of respect showed in his work. The big job took about a week. The owners of the company were present more than 75% of the time they were there from start to finish I haven't had any problems and I don't expect to either. Im really impressed with the work they've done and he's even given me some experienced input when I ran to home depot and needed to ask a plumbing question. Martin came out after 5:00 pm to do work on our broken toilet. The house is built in 1960 so repairing plumbing here is no joy. It took him a little while to get to the problem but once found he solved it quickly. He even had suggestions for some other plumbing problems we were having. Martin is very knowledgeable and capable.

Noticed a leak in our garage on Sunday evening. I did not know any plumbers so I searched for local plumbers on Angies list. Gave them a call on Memorial day. They where closed, however called me back within a couple of hours to set an appointment for Tuesday morning. They where able to find the source of the leak within 10 minutes, and the leaky pipe was repaired in about one hour. We are very pleased with their work. They where quick and professional.

They did a really good job. They are very reliable.

Within a day after the plumber left, the same problem started up again. When my brother-in-law visited a few days later, he checked it out and discovered that the problem had nothing to do with a clogged pipe, but rather with the elevation of the drain spout in the yard. Mike's plumber had gone in the yard but never noticed this. It took my brother-in-law just five minutes to fix the problem and the washer has drained just fine ever since.

A pipe burst inside the walls of my 2-story home. Mike's Plumbing fixed it that same day even though it was a complex repair that required several hours. The cost was much less than I was expecting. Important note - Mike's plumbing is NOT the same company as mike's plumbing and electric in mcallen. This is mike's plumbing in weslaco - in business for about 50 years and now run by mike's son. This was my 2nd time to use them here in McAllen, and I will use them next time.

The service provided was great. They arrived earlier than expected and gave sufficient notice for their arrival. The plumbers were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what needed to be done and how it would be installed. They used quality parts that were American made. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them in the future.

As always on time, courteous and excellent work.

He did a good job and he tells you what parts are more effective and explain why that is so.

I'd originally gotten a quote to replace two old toilets with cracked tanks. Once they arrived, we asked if they could accommodate some extra problems and they were very willing and helpful. Both plumbers were very professional and polite and offered some general advice about toilets. I recommend them very highly and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Fixed a clogged toilet and leak. Gave me preventative measures to ensure problem would not come back.

The old toilets were outdated and nonexistent. Both tanks were cracked. I couldn't find tank replacements anywhere. Since both were back flush toilets it was impossible to find replacements tanks. I called Martin and explained the problem. I let him know I searched everywhere. He then took over and found updated models of the toilets I needed. I am more than pleased. I'm so lucky I found him. I called two other providers. They didn't even return my calls. It was a difficult task not only searching for them, but installing them so they look perfect. I recommend him highly. Awesome guy !!!

According to the plumber I did not need all faucets redone and the leak was fixed with our replacement. Lower cost efficient work and on time . I've used these licensed workers before and will use them again.

He could not clear the drain. The snake brought mud back out of the pipe, indicating the old cast iron pipe has collapsed.

It took him 4 visits but the problem seems fixed. No further problems in the last 3 months. The amount he charged seemed fair for the work he did. He did run late and completely forgot one appointment.

Mike had to snake the clean out several times to get it done right. He stayed with it until it was right.

I had an emergency with a water leak, and from all the companies that I called, Mike?s plumbing was the only company that was able to assist the same day. The guy was on time, focused on the problem, the price was reasonable, and it was quick. I definitely recommend this company.
