Jack arrived on time and got right to work. He allowed us to follow and ask questions as he thoroughly investigated every inch of the house. Nothing was considered too small or inconsequential. He emailed us a 17 page report including pictures of problem areas the same afternoon. It was very professional and written in terms that anyone can understand. I could not be more pleased with Jack Fryday!

Requested an inspection before closing on our new contruction home. The builder stated they already have the home inspected by an outside party but (after much contemplation) we decided to also hire our own inspector and we are very glad we did. It was well worth the money just for piece of mind. Since we are first time homeowners Mr. Fryday took the extra time to explain certain things homeowners should to be aware of and gave great advice. He found a few areas of concern during the inspection and gave us a very detailed report with pictures that same afternoon. We were able to forward the report to our builder and all items were corrected before we closed. Mr. Fryday was prompt and very professional.

I called Ed because of his credentials and his experience as a Home Inspector. I’m glad I made that choice. He didn’t disappoint. He was very thorough and took the time to explain to me the results of his findings at the League City property I had my sights on . He answered my many questions and offered his own opinion when I asked for it. His written report after the inspection was concise and organized. He included photos of the “problem” areas as well as descriptions which really helped me remember what he had shown me during our walk-thru. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ed Fryday and Space City Inspections again and would recommend his services to anyone needing a thorough Home Inspection.
