Description of Work: Our water heater sprung a leak and there was water leaking everywhere. The plumber came, shut the water off, bought a new heater and installed it. The heater was probably only about $450, so he charged $550 for the services, which seemed a bit high.

Description of Work: I called them for service since both bathrooms were blocked, and backing up into the tubs and sinks. I was given a number for their office in Temple. I called there, and the person who answered was polite, but told me they had no appointments until Monday. She did not offer a recommendation for any other companies.
