Description of Work: I needed a plumber to change out my toilet and make sure everything was running correctly. They found a leak in the old one, which had been put in incorrectly, put in my new one without chiding me for buying it myself, and cleaned up afterwards. Both men were very friendly and professional. I'll definitely call them again.

Description of Work: We had a water leak outside that had suddenly grown from a slight damp spot to a huge muddy mess in the yard. They were prompt and friendly in responding to our call. They handled the job with care and professionalism, as though they were working on their own home. They found the direct source of the leak, but also suggested that the type of pipe in that area was going to continue to cause problems as it degrades. They made suggestions that were very helpful and would save us money in the future, plus their prices were very reasonable. They even cleaned up the muddy mess when they were done!

Description of Work: Replaced hot and cold water inlet valves for washing machine. Also used them for two other service calls....unstopping shower drain and replacing water connection for refrigerator. Service for all three needs was excellent. They completed each of those jobs in an hour or less. Washing machine valves and refrigerator connection were replaced in less than a half hour. Also very friendly and responsive. They are the best plumbers in Waco based on my experience.

Description of Work: Replaced a kitchen copper pipe that had corroded and sprung a leak. Removed and replaced a broken outside pipe in the sprinkler system.

Description of Work: Arrived 2-3 hours late. Implied that if they had to work past 4:30p that they'd have to charge overtime rate. Wife told 'em to work until 4:30p, then. They completed 1/3 of the work and left just after 4:30p. I was disappointed they weren't there on time to enable them to get more - if not all - work done that day. Have not looked at the work performed.
