Natt's Construction

Mario has terrible communication. Won’t answer phone calls or texts. He left my remodel unfinished and is unresponsive. When he finally answers the phone he tells me he’ll be there in a certain day but of course he doesn’t show up. He does really nice work be he will disappear on you when he gets busy.

The work was done well, but very slowly. The jobs we contracted for were scheduled to take 7 business days. It took almost 8 weeks. The owner was not good at communicating and made promises about communication that he did not keep. He did not assume responsibility for delays, but shifted blame on to us for the work not getting done (he forgot to put in an outlet). At one point, his crew accidentally took a piece of our new mirror and threw it away. They retrieved it for us, but we had to ask every day for a week before it was returned to us. They were supposed to seal around our chimney to prevent a leak, but it continued to leak (all they did was put new caulk over the old, not try to find the problem). I told him it was leaking and waited a week. Nothing. I told him I wanted a refund, which he agreed to. It took 3 weeks and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get a $250 refund. His crew was great, but the owner made this an unpleasant and unnecessarily long experience.

The work and craftsmanship was amazing. It can be worrying not knowing if someone will do a good job on a big project but they did wonderful. My only other feedback is for the communication to improve regarding delays and progress updates. Other than that the work was tremendous.

We hired Natt's Construction to add square footage to and remodel a bathroom. We were so pleased with the quality of work, professional workers, and timely matter, that we chose to hire them to replace floors throughout the house. We would hire them again for any future projects.
