Description of Work: REfilled freon and serviced the A/c unit. I called to make an appt for a yearly service and they sent someone out within 20 min. Very polite and efficient!

Description of Work: I CALLED MC MULLEN WHEN MY KENMORE ELITE FRONT LOADING DRYER BEGAN MAKING A HIGH PITCHED NOISE. THE SERVICE MAN ARRIVED AND LISTENED TO THE DRYER. HE WAS UNABLE TO FIX THE MACHINE BECAUSE HE SAID HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW! HE SAID HE WAS UNFAMILIAR WITH THIS TYPE OF DRYER. I WAS INCREDULOUS. MY DRYER IS NOT SOMETHING FROM OUTER SPACE. I ENDED UP CALLING SOMEONE ELSE.
