So, so, so good. Mr. McMullen was totally awesome, fast, efficient, polite and price was excellent. I will call them again. and I did, I needed the washer to be pushed back in. They came out right away and took care of it. They are the BEST!

He was terrific. He fit me in the next day after I called and it was on my lunch hour which worked nicely. The work was done quickly. He replaced almost every part that usually wears out (to my mind) so I won't have to worry for awhile. He checked just about everything while he was in there. I'm glad that he did because I might have had to call again to replace a different part. When someone who provides a service like this demonstrates that he is concerned about my having a working product, that really impresses me. I'll sing the praises of this company for a good long time. It's obvious that they care about their customers and that means everything.

They arrived within two hours of our phone call and were able to fix a very old heating unit that they don't even make parts for anymore.Saved us several thousand dollars since we didn't need to replace the whole thing. They have always done a great job are honest and very quick to respond. Can't recommend highly enough!

Kevin McMullen arrived at our home within an hour of our phone call. He determined that a circulation fan was faulty. He returned to our house the next day with the appropriate part. He saved us money by replacing only the fan blade rather than the entire fan. Mr. McMullen is very efficient and professional. We highly recommend this service provider.

We seem to have an issue with AC and Heat getting to one of our bedrooms. After looking at the ductwork in the attic is was determined that the ductwork to that bedroom travels a long way and is a smaller duct than the others. He opened up that duct, int the attic, all the way. We immediatly noticed more air going into that room. If this does not work we will have to make a bigger investment into the system. Hopefully this saved us hundreds !

I have used this company for several years. They are always prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They removed the old systems and put in new in a timely manner. The old system would literally vibrate my entire house when running. With the new system I almost can't even tell when it is running and no more vibration at all. They stand by their work. I highly recommend them.

We had a structural refrigerator issue; the freezer door wouldn't physically close because the fridge had been mishandled during when we moved in. He was able to fix the problem in 20 minutes, and didn't even charge me the full service fee! Also, he was really prompt and consistent with getting the appointment time set up, and made sure to let me know if there were any changes in the appointment time. Considering we've called 6 places (including people here on Angie's) and we've only heard back from McMullen, I'd say these guys are the best overall in Waco! Hire them!

Could not be happier with the service and quality of the Unit. They were prompt. Four men got right to the job and had it finished in less time than anticipated. They cleaned up after the job and made sure to answer any questions I had. Taught me the the basics of what I should do to keep it maintained. I bought the filter drawer and love that feature. So easy to change the AC filter. They left all the instructions and encouraged me to call if I had any problems or questions. I have used McMullen Service for many years and always found them to be honest, professional and fair in their pricing. Plus, they always have done the job right the first time. This is a family business and just all around good people. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

My AC was leaking water like crazy, we had cleared the drain pipe and there was still a problem. We called McMullen to come look at it and they were available immediately. I was not, however and we scheduled a date and time frame for them to come by. I requested that they call when they were on the way. They called and arrived within the given time frame. They were friendly and fairly priced. I will use them again!

I felt comfortable with the provider. He is one of several sons and grand sons who work in the business, all trained by the father. Father now takes care of Mother who had stroke. He analyized problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. His truck looked well organized as did his tools and tool belt.

We were preparing to go out of town the next day and our washer went out as we were trying to get all our clothes washed for the trip McMullen's came out on short notice when we told them our problem. We were very satisfied with their service.

I would recommend them. I would not use anybody else. I have been using them since 1980. He was recommended by previous home owner, when I moved into my former house and I have been using them ever since. It is a family-run business. I am working now with the grandsons of the man with whom I started working with. I am very pleased with them.

de of a I called to have an ice machine in our freezer repaired. We had just moved (back) to town and are using an old fridge/freezer of my in-laws for the time being. My MIL encouraged me to call to have the ice maker fixed as it had been a problem for years. The serviceman came quickly (so quickly that I didn't even make it home in time and my MIL was the one to talk with him). My mother in law spent several minutes going on about how impressed she was with him, and that if the ice machine continued to work, we should definitely use them in the future. She had tried to have the same problem repaired multiple times in her hometown to no avail. She liked this man much more and though he did a great job. So far, the ice machine works great.

We have used this company for 20 years. They go out of their way to help get our air conditioner or heating systems repaired as fast as possible. Hope we never have to use anyone else. The best company ever! Always honest and reasonably priced.

I phoned their office Wed & asked for a Fri, mid-morning appointment - which I was given. The technician called us shortly after 10AM to advise he was on his way. He arrived about 15 minutes later. I have been dealing with this company since I moved into my previous address in 1980. The previous occupants, who lived there 5 years before me ,used them also as did the occupants before that who lived there 30-yrs. So we have a long & happy history. Today, Jason, the original owner's grandson, was the person who arrived. So now, we're starting with the 3rd generation !! Jason is just as pleasant & personable as his father, Nathan. And so very polite. There have been many opportunities over the years for them to beef up their charges by telling me things were wrong that were not - especially when I was a cash-strapped single mom. I would not have known the difference. But they have never taken advantage of my ignorance . And I have always been very impressed by their scrupulous honesty. Now I see signs of that ongoing with this new generation. Jason handled the seasonal check & filter replacement very efficiently. He only charged us a service call, even though we also asked him to help us open our carbon monoxide alarm so that we could replace the battery, which he graciously did. He was here a little under an hour. I LOVE THE MCMULLENS !
