Description of Work: The steam cleaned three carpeted bedrooms, attached closets, and the master bathroom. The next day one of the bedrooms had a "cat urine" odor; when I called they came out the next day sprayed the carpet with a deodorizer and the odor was eliminated.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet and did odor-out procedure, since I have two puppies. The cleaned my tile floors and did grout seal. The 10 yr old tile floors looked brand new again. I was very pleased, despite the cost.

Description of Work: Two young men dressed in company uniforms arrived on time. They were polite and worked quickly but did the job thoroughly. I was pleased that they were willing to move some furniture without any extra charges. They also cleaned an extra small area rug for an extremely reasonable price. I'd use Stanley Steemer again.
