Job well done. I was told up front that on the room with the heavy traffic, it may not all come out. And the majority of it did come out. The rooms were left smelling great.

I wasn't to happy with them. One room they cleaned, there was a few muddy places that dried and they didn't do good. I didn't see it or I would have called back. I feel like I didn't give them a chance to follow up and make it better so I don't want to give them a bad grade. However, they did a good job in the the other room. My only complaint is one room wasn't as clean as it should have been.

Workers showed up and were very professional and friendly. They took their time on the carpets and were very thorough. In the end, the carpets looked great and smelled clean too.

The work went quickly and quietly. The workers covered their shoes, leaving no evidence on the carpet. They friendly and proactive in showing us what need to be done. A no-problems transaction.

Excellent considering what he had to work with! He quality of e furniture wasn't the best -- I won't buy the micro suede from that furniture company again and never a beige color with pets and the amount of entertaining we do. It came out very clean and served the purpose we need edit for. Excellent. I will continue to use hem when I need them.

It was nothing super outstanding, but they did a good job. They were good. There was a little misunderstanding on the price they gave me. Maybe I wasn't listening just right or something, but I understood that the overall thing was to be a little bit. It was not a major issue for me. The quality was fine.

Looks horrible and I was offended by the rude pushing of their products at the end!

They cleaned my carpets and they look fabulous!!

carpets looked like new, carpet is 16 years old. i was very happy with all aspects of service and quality.

They were scheduled to come between 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm but their morning appointment cancelled. They called and asked if they could come out early which was fine because my son was home. They came in cleaned the carpet and recliner. The carpet cleaning was needed and it turned out very good. They even removed a spot that we have cleaned several times and it keeps coming back. They moved several pieces of furniture at no extra charge. They were in and out within a little over an hour. The only issue was I had spoken with the gentleman 3 times and I left a check for the amount he told me it would be. After they finished the cost was without tax so my son had to pay the difference. As a reminder, include tax in the price !!!

I was very impressed with the service received. They moved furniture ,both large and small, even the few things I said they did'nt need to move. The one exception was the beds. The team of 2 arrived on time, used clean equipment,were professional,yet friendly. As a female I felt at ease being alone with these 2 gentleman. When they arrived, one got the equipment running and the other did a walk through with me,asking about any specific concerns. I had some stains on a white berber carpet that no other cleaners could remove,some pet stains.I also had always had a problem with the edges of the carpet building up a gray residue. I asked if they would please pay special attention to this problem. He was knowledgeable about this,because although I had removed all of these types of small items and there was no way for him to know that I did burn candles,that was the first thing he asked about.Needless to say, I dont burn candles anymore,and have no gray! There was also a 5X7 rug that needed to be cleaned on both sides They took that outdoors and did a great job on it as well.They put plastic under all the small furniture and dense foam pads under the heavier things.They were here for about an hour. I had originally called the national number and scheduled this cleaning through them. I was told that it was going to cost 450.00. These gentlemen knew that, but only charged 150.00. Also they are in Victoria and I live 40 miles away, but there is no charge for out of the area work, which is highly unusual. When they left my carpet looked as good as it did when it was first put in the house,and the house smelled great. Not the heavy deodorized smell, but just CLEAN. I definitely recomend them.

Moving into a 2 story condo with my elderly sister. She is unable to clean so house was in poor state. In addition, at one time there were up to 5 little dogs there as well (inside). Unable to walk them, the dogs had free reign to potty inside the entire house. eventually the plans Are to remove all the carpet. For now I was just wanting the odor and dirt gone. Stanley Streamers not only removed all the odor the majority of stains were removed. They moved furniture for me. They just ask that loose or breakable items are out of the way. The entire home took about 2 hrs. The men that came in were friendly, sympathetic to the situation, and did not hesitate to come in and get the job done. And trust me, it seemed like a daunting task. When they were done the air was fresh, the carpets looked great and we were able to walk freely in about an hour. I have no problem walking barefoot in the house. My only concern was the price. Although I felt the price I was given considering the entire home needed to be done, I called back a few days later and inquired about an estimate for a large rug (roughly 9x12) and the seats of my car. I was told it would be $80.00 which I felt was excessive for that particular job. Stanley Steamers often has specials advertised on TV, I would encourage you to wait for one of those deals and make sure the discounted price is applied to your estimate.

I called Stanley Steamer in Victoria to see if they would come and give me an estimate at my home in Point Comfort..I was informed that they would not drive the 35 miles for an estimate,since I had had no water or fire damage.I did not have Stanley Steamer do the carpet cleaning.I thought the 450.00 was rather excessive considering the amount of carpeting to be cleaned,and the fact that there were no flood,fire,or other damage issues.

1. We had to open house windows in the middle of Feb to accommodate the guy (he could'nt tolerate his own cleaning solvent.) 2. After he left, my floors were a mess. 3. When the furniture dried, it looked worse (muddy looking). 4. The company billed us, but we had made photos. They did not insist that we pay. 5. We found another company in Victoria TX who redid the job to our satisfaction.

They did a good job cleaning the carpet and tile grout lines. The only complaint is that tile cleaning price seemed a bit high. Also, they dont always retrun phone messages promptly. I had to chase them to get an appointment.

I was very pleased at how clean they got the carpet. Some of it I thought needed to be replaced but after cleaning decided it has several more years left.
