They are very consistent and the weed control is good. I never achieved full grass thickness I was expecting however.

I have used them for around a year, and I think they are above average and approaching excellent.

I've given the story from start to finish above.

I was not all that impressed with them. My lawn did not look so great, and so I called them and cancelled their contract. I used to never find any difference after they finished the work and left. They used to call me before they came.

The lawn of the house we bought four years ago was in pretty bad shape with lots of weeds. We hired Truegreen three years ago, and we were happy; the yard looked great. The next year, we had to call several times for retreatment and even talked to a supervisor. This year we fired them. The yard looks almost as bad as it did when we bought the place, and we're paying $61 every six weeks for nothing, as far as we can tell. Our next-door neighbor hired Truegreen after seeing our yard the first year. Her yard looks great. We found out that she's always home when the technicians come and she leads them by the hand around the yard and tells them where to spray, and watches them like a hawk. She is also very vocal about having them come out and retreat when she isn't satisfied with the results. She paid to have her trees sprayed for bugs, and that may also be a factor -- Truegreen probably doesn't make any money off of just the fertilization and weed control program. I suspect people who pay for other services get better service overall, but I don't know that for sure. I do know that after they got all of the other business off of us that they were going to get, the quality of our service declined dramatically. The ladies across the street have Truegreen treat their entire acre (that can't be cheap) and they are about ready to fire them as well, for the same reasons we just did. When we called to terminate the service, we got the usual "Oh we'll come out and retreat at no charge" c*** we got the second year. If they can't find the weeds by themselves, the first time we come out, we don't want them here.

We have used them to treat our yard. We had a particular weed we wanted out of our yard, and they sprayed and sprayed and it wouldn't kill them. We found out that Round-up killed the weeds. We decided to end our relationship with them and do it ourselves. They were always punctual and friendly, but we didn't need them after we found the solution on our own.

They have done this for me for about 10 years. They are great.

It was relatively easy to set up an appointment with this company. They did a good job. My only problem was trying to get the services initially started with this company. Otherwise, the quality of work has been pretty good. They also will come out and take care of any problems you notice at no extra charge. Also, the health of the lawn has improved tremendously.

I called for an estimate first thing in the morning. By 11am someone came to my home and gave me a written estimate for services. A specialist came 2 days later and treated my lawn and left me a receipt with an explanation of what was done and watering instructions.

I called our regular pest control service to inquire about a treatment for web worms. They stated that they did not treat for this. I had a coupon for TruGreen on my desk as was going to use them for lawn treatment. I called and was informed that they could treat the web worms. They took my information and quoted for 2 treatments for the web worms ($29 for the 1st and $55 for the second). They said the trees would be treated within a few days. The next day they treated the yard and trees. I had provided them the lock combination for the yard, there was no problems with them getting in to do their work (I have had other companies leave me a note that the gate was lock, even though they had the combination as well as my cell phone number).

They come out and provide the service. We don't have to be home. They leave a flag in the yard and a card on the door letting us know they were there and what they did. We have not had any problems.
