Very quick response to bid request. Extremely friendly and knowledgable on what needed to be done. They gave great suggestions on how to complete the job within budget needs.Only reason we did not use them is due to the current renters needed AC resolved immediately due to health concerns. Tuttle is so popular and busy, we could not wait the extra 3 days to get AC up and running in our rental property.

Two Tuttle Plumbing techs were here first thing in the morning and were very efficient. I had been told the company would call when I was up for an appointment, but they showed up before I received any call and that was fine with me. One of the toilets was removed and they were careful to cover the floor where they placed it once removed. The entire test, including the removal and re-installation of the toilet, was about 2 hours since there is about a 1/2 hour period where the water level has to be monitored to see if it dropped. No leaks! Very nice efficient personnel, including the personnel in their office handling the calls. It is nice to have a reliable, honest company to call upon when needed.

We were out of town for several weeks and this leak apparently began then and we did not notice it until we returned, which by that time the wall was stained and wet and it was just going to get worse. Called Tuttle Plumbing and they were terrific. Not only did they schedule a repair for the following morning, but said they would try to get a repairman out today if their work permitted. One of their repairmen called later that afternoon, said he was available and could do the repair today. Repairmen showed up within the hour, as promised, as fixed the leak without difficulty. Great work, great price, great employees.

Fast, efficient and professional-we wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
