Description of Work: They're very expensive, but they do a very good job. It should be noted, also, that they inspect 42 bait stations on a quarterly basis which is labor intensive. They also treat the exterior of the house for pests in general.

Description of Work: I was not contacted by Terminix to ask what a day and time to cover my existing |contract. They just showed up and I found a Terminix business card on my rug outside, I should be able to set a day and time for anyone's service. I think Terminix should set me up a time and date before they come and service my house. Sorry, Betty N Whitten

Description of Work: We have our annual termite inspection/protection through Terminix. Several years ago they treated our home in response to an initial termite swarm we discovered, and then once the following year for a smaller swarm. They have treated it every year for the past several years and we have had no further observable problems with termites. Their service is reliable, and their termite protection guarantee makes the annual renewal well worth the cost.

Description of Work: Seem to have no choice...it has gotten to the point they come to the door, ask if and where I have seen any bugs.....go to that spot and presumably spray. Sure a much different attitude than service personnel I have had in the past. It seems the service goes down and the price goes up.
