It went very well. All of the servicemen that came (three), were very polite and helpful. I was worried about termites, due to damage on the fence. The first serviceman said there was no termite damage or active termites, but I wanted to do a termite barrier just in case. They sent a man to install it that afternoon, and he was very quick about it. Today they are doing the exclusion treatment because either squirrels or rats are getting into the attic. They are sealing all the access points and laying traps. I was told they will come by in a few weeks to pick up the traps. I am very happy with their service and the staff that they have working with them.

Everything was fine. They stood behind their product. They came and fixed everything they were supposed to. I have no issues with their services. The price is competitive.

Last year I had some termites coming in my house so I called them. They treated them and got rid of them. I do a three month plan to get rid of spiders. They are wonderful and I will use them forever. If you see more insects they will come back and spray for free.

We called to schedule their service, and they came the next day. The exterminator seemed knowledgable and mostly professional. The service was performed several weeks ago and there have not been any bug problems since. We signed up for a 1 year service agreement that includes unlimited call outs. Thus far that service has not been necessary, but it has only been a couple of weeks.

They do a great job and it is definitely very effective. I also have problems with the cost. They are here like 3 quarters of an hour and it’s $118, it seems high. That’s the only part of what I pay because in addition to the spray where they come 4 times a year, they also come 4 times a year and do a... they have a big system where they put these things in the ground to have the wood inside the thing and this 42 station around the house and they go around the house to check and see if termites are involved in, you know, be attracted to the bait. When you go down south or even out west to California, termites are an issue. If you have a piece of wood on the ground, termites will find it. The baiting station system is very effective in two ways, one it tells you if the termites are actually in the vicinity of your own wood. The house is built to be termite proof but there are still ways for them to get in. The other thing they do is, they tell you the bait home to their own nest, so if they are active but they are not getting in your house, you still can control them from a distance because they tell you to bait home and it kills some of the termites in the nest, I think it may kill the queen stuff like that. The 42 station is well worth it but they are also very expensive. I give them nay on that. The quality is very good. I always get together with the guy when he comes and we go around together, look at all the stations. I know he does a good job. He always calls when he is on the way.

They seem to be the basic expensive in the area with the best rating. I chose them for the old pipe.

The last man that came out was very informative and they always do good work. They are really thorough and very friendly. If you have any issues they will come right out and take care of the problem. They always ask for feedback to help improve their service which I think is very professional.

The warranty and sales person was very professional, thoughtful, and timely. Service was outstanding.

A gentleman showed up and gave us an estimate and was very thorough and had great customer service. We had a few other people come by and give estimates as well, but Terminix was the best priced with the best warranty.

It reduced the bugs, but did not eliminate all of them.

They notify me ahead of time before they come to spray. They are thorough and very friendly. The price isn't too bad either.

Overall, I rate them highly. The prices were average. I suppose would use them again the future.

They guarantee their services and come out any time I have any issues with anything. They send out the same contractor every time they come out. They are uniformed, and in a contractor's truck so you do not have to be concerned when they come out.

Termites got in our building and they fixed it for free because we were under contract.

I had used another company that tried to put the screws to me so I cancelled my contract with them. The price seemed pretty reasonable for Terminix. They answered my questions and set up an appointment to come between 8-10 Monday morning.

It is about $400 yearly for the general pest spraying and about $300 for the termite bait traps and inspection. I have been using them for about 5 years and they are really good. I will use them again in the future.

The company is usually punctual, and very responsive. Personnel are polite and professional. The price is probably in line with most companies although I don't have much experience with other companies.

I have used them for years. They are very good. I have a yearly contract with them. I am really pleased with their services. The pricing is right in line. They know what to do and I don't have to worry about it. They know what they are doing.

Everything has been great. There was a spider problem when we bought the house, but we have only seen one spider since. The insecticide is not bad for our pets and they have not been effected, nor my family. They are always on time, they show up every three months, on the dot. 70

They were able to schedule around my hectic schedule and the young man who performed the service was knowledgable and answered all my many questions.

I had been battling ants in and around my home for about two years. I tried everything that could be purchased off the shelf, nothing worked. I called Terminex and set up an appointment for a home inspection and treatment. They came out and looked all around my home for places where the ants were coming in. They then sprayed around the baseboards and placed bait in areas where ants have been a problem. They also sprayed around the outside of my home to create a barrier. I was told that if I saw any ants after a 2-5 day period I should call back and they would return to retreat my home at no additional charge.

I have a contract with them and they come out on a quarterly basis. I've used them longer than 25 years. The people they send out are congenial and do whatever I need. They are not the cheapest, but they provide quality work. They treat both inside and outside. They have always treated me well.
