They were on time and professional. They figured out what the problem was in about 15 minutes and got it fixed within an hour. I was very pleased. The price was fair.

The service has been good. He came in, he was very efficient, he told me immediately what the problem was, and he repaired it. Their customer service was excellent. The price was pretty average. They give you the credit back depending on the work.

The last time we had a good experience with them, but the first time was not a good experience with them. The guy that started the business, had no solid services. There was no way he could have got that service going, and then he sold it to this new guy, who is very much a business person, very much perspective on the path, and he was very adamant about taking care of his customers. I appreciated his taking over the company, because he offered to do a job for me for free, just to make up for services I got from the previous owner. I feel like the man who owns the company now, has brought the company to a good place. The founder of the company was the guy that was no good. The new guy started doing what he was supposed to do, and keeping his people happy. He is going beyond what is expected of him as an owner to take care of his business.

After 6-8 months, we never heard anything from him. He is just gone. No idea what happened to him. He told us that the part was real hard to get, and so, when he decided to not show up, I got on line, and the first company I looked at, had the part in stock. I ordered it, and had it here in 3 days, and I put it in myself. I am not thrilled with him. They didn't do what they said what they would do, and obviously he didn't mess with it. I think $75 to come out and stand here and tell us what the problem is, I think is a bit too much.

We've been very satisfied with Mr. Appliance of East Texas. They did a good job for us and they showed up when they're supposed to. The estimate was exactly what they said it was going to be. I would use them again. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. Their price was pretty average--not expensive and not cheap. They got to me very quickly and got the job done as quickly as they can get it done. They had the part on the truck and they were right on time.

I got them through my home warranty, they were a vendor with them. It is still not fixed, I have had two or 3 others come and fix it. I can't blame the service provider, because there is a problem with the refrigerator. The manufacturer won't fix it, and the home warranty won't fix it. The manufacturer told me that they would give me a coupon for half off if I buy a new one. I told them I didn't want to do that, because I just bought this one.

I don't remember the company that Old Republic sent out to install new dishwasher, but I don't think it was Mr. Appliance. When trying to decide whether to go with GE appliance or cash settlement, I called Mr. Appliance for a quote to install something I purchased and was told it would be $150.00. That was one reason I went with Old Republic's GE offer with the installation covered by them.

This service was performed under warranty. The repairman was timely and professional. Dishwasher has worked great since the repair was done. No problems at all.

I would not recommend him. He came and looked at my dishwasher and said there is nothing wrong with it and it will automatically fix itself. He also said it wouldn't run without a rinse agent, which was all wrong. He charged me $80 for instructions and he didn't fix it. I had to call another man to fix it.

The first person that came out from Mr. Appliance gave a wrong diagnoses of the problem. The second person that came out was very helpful and got the job done quickly.

They came out and were very nice. They very throughally examined our refrigerator/ice maker and determined that it probably could not be fixed. That our 6 year old fridge had an issue on the inside (possible blown mother board) - where the manufacturer made it impossible to get to - and therefore we could not fix our ice maker. They did not charge us to make this determination. My only complaint is that the service tech told my husband he was going to do more research and talk to a couple of the other techs and he would call us to let us know his findings. We never heard from him. I would have preferred to hear back, that we did indeed, end up with a piece of junk refrigerator and we were going to have to buy another one if we wanted a working ice maker.

Our dryer started making a loud rumbling noise. we contacted Mr Appliance that afternoon and they set an appointment with us the next day. The service rep called at the time of the appointment to let us know he was running behind and he arrived about 1 hour after the scheduled time. He was polite and professional, looked at the dryer and immediately knew what was wrong, went in and cleaned the blower wheel assembly. Problem solved.

I looked up these people( ABCO/ Mr.Appliance) on Angies List. There were no referrals for anyone in East Texas so I jumped in and called. Mr. Andrew Green, the owner, answered the phone and couldn't have been nicer. Explained their charges clearly and fully. I made an appointment for the next day. He said "John" would be here between 10 AM and 2PM and he would call before he came. At 10:15 AM John called and said he would be here in 45 minutes. He actually was ( most unusual for East Texas) He removed the icemaker and disassembled it. He was able to diagnose two things that might be causing the problem and tried the first one that only needed a wire reconnected that the other repairman disconnected. Re-assemble the ice maker and installed it. It worked immediately with no parts necessary. He went to the second icemaker and disassembled it and within a short time had determined that the compressor was out. He got me a price to replace the compressor and we determined it is cheaper to buy a new one so that one will be replaced. He did not make a mess for me to clean up, he was professional and polite and I thought the price was most reasonable. He offered me the opportunity too purchase a discount contract, which I bought, but there was no pressure, only the offer. Overall I could not have been more impressed. I have recommended them to a friend and will continue to. The charges were exactly what Mr. Green said they would be, no little "gotcha's" added. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to friends and family.

They were good. They were prompt. We would use them again in the future.
