The repair guys were very professional and courteous. They were on time and completed the job as promised. I will definitely use them again when needed.

Mr Appliance technicians are always professional and courteous. Always able to diagnose problem and fix appliances. We've used their services many times. Always happy with results. Officer personnel are courteous and extremely helpful.

Did a great job. Have had same repairman here several times as although he stated the refrigerator was prone to mother board crashes, we tried couple times to see if new board would work....generally lasted 6-8 months. Finally chunked it and got new frig. Repairman was upfront about repairs and gave estimates before any repairs done. I continue to use their service exclusively and am only sorry that the repairman I always had has had a heart attack and I do not know if he has returned to work or not. His replacement was just as helpful and knowledgeable.

The repairman was prompt and easy to work with. He did a good job and all worked well. The only thing we wished was that he had had the original version of the switch. The one installed has 2 screws that obviously don't looks as clean as the original. We are glad to have our cooktop exhaust working again.

They check and found the problem and corrected it and so far so good no more problems. Each time I have used them they fixed what was not working.

Technician determined the circuit board was bad and parts were not available for an oven of that age. Later, they came to install my new range/oven. They were polite and competent.

The repairman was on time, explained everything in detail, including showing me another issue, which I was unaware of. This helped me make the decision that the next time I needed the dryer repaired, I replaced the dryer. I was very happy with the service!

That was the first time that I used them. He came out pretty quick, and assessed the situation. It was a plumbing issue, but he zeroed in on it, and we ended up getting it fixed, and they were cheap. He told me what was wrong, and I had to go and get parts from the hardware store, and I fixed what I could fix, and he fixed what his part was. They were on time, and they were here right when they said they would be.

I have used them several times, and they have been excellent. They were always here on time, they had a very pleasant person who helped me, and he did a good job for me. I had one thing that he couldn't fix, and he said that he wasn't going to charge me for it, because he couldn't fix it. I found them to be very honest, and pleasant to deal with. They had to make a couple of trips, but I didn't get charged for each trip. He didn't have the part on his van, and he had to go back and get it. He had to go 40 miles to go and get it. Their honesty stood out. I have recommended them to several other people, and they have been happy with the work that they have done. Their price was quite reasonable, but then I am out in the country, and they have to make a long trip to get to me. The quality of the service was excellent, and most times when you call appliance repair people in East Texas, they are sloppily dressed, and they don't care about their appearance, but these people were very professional, and they were clean, neat, tidy, and cleaned up their mess. They were top notch in my opinion. They were very prompt. They called, told me what time they would be here, and they came out a few minutes early. He called me from the front gates when he arrived, to tell me he was here.

I was very pleased with them. I had used them once before too. They were efficient to get here as quickly as they could, and the repair man was extremely polite, and explained everything to me, and when he got ready to leave, he cleaned up all the mess from the little wires and everything. I was just pleased 100% all the way around. He was so much better than the big buck stores.

The experience was okay, but they had to come back a second time to work on it. I was not completely satisfied with it, but they finally got it done.

We have used them 3 or 4 times. We have a Gold Protect that protects us on appliances, and we just pay a basic minimum. They send out who they want to, and we are totally pleased. They were here when they said they would, they didn't postponed it, and they did a good job. They did our washer and dryer, one time we had a question about our refrigerator, our dish washer, and our garbage disposal, and anytime we have used them, they have been good. I see their truck out here quick often.

After 6-8 months, we never heard anything from him. He is just gone. No idea what happened to him. He told us that the part was real hard to get, and so, when he decided to not show up, I got on line, and the first company I looked at, had the part in stock. I ordered it, and had it here in 3 days, and I put it in myself. I am not thrilled with him. They didn't do what they said what they would do, and obviously he didn't mess with it. I think $75 to come out and stand here and tell us what the problem is, I think is a bit too much.

The last time we had a good experience with them, but the first time was not a good experience with them. The guy that started the business, had no solid services. There was no way he could have got that service going, and then he sold it to this new guy, who is very much a business person, very much perspective on the path, and he was very adamant about taking care of his customers. I appreciated his taking over the company, because he offered to do a job for me for free, just to make up for services I got from the previous owner. I feel like the man who owns the company now, has brought the company to a good place. The founder of the company was the guy that was no good. The new guy started doing what he was supposed to do, and keeping his people happy. He is going beyond what is expected of him as an owner to take care of his business.

They were fine. If I tell them ahead of time, they will check every appliance in the house and make sure they are working the way it should be. The price was reasonable. They are very reliable. If I need them in a hurry they will get there as fast as they can. They will work me in. They are just accurate and I just like them. They are not out of line at all on pricing. Their quality is very well. They fixed anything that I had to have. They are very quick within a day. They call ahead to make sure that I am still here. It’s almost like insurance, if I book them for something they check on it absolutely. I have a contract with them. I would definitely use them again.

I got them through my home warranty, they were a vendor with them. It is still not fixed, I have had two or 3 others come and fix it. I can't blame the service provider, because there is a problem with the refrigerator. The manufacturer won't fix it, and the home warranty won't fix it. The manufacturer told me that they would give me a coupon for half off if I buy a new one. I told them I didn't want to do that, because I just bought this one.

The service has been good. He came in, he was very efficient, he told me immediately what the problem was, and he repaired it. Their customer service was excellent. The price was pretty average. They give you the credit back depending on the work.

We like them a lot. They are technically very good. They are also very responsive and honest. They come right away. The only bad news is like every other appliance repair company, they are very expensive. The service call is at the minimum like $100.

They did a good job. I didn't know who to call for that, and I looked up on Angie's List, and found them on it. They man who came out was real nice, and I was totally satisfied.
