Description of Work: A microwave door in my RV would not latch shut. The RV dealer could only replace the entire unit. Called Mr. Appliance and they were able to diagnose the problem, obtain a replacement door and install it while the unit was still at the RV dealer. Weather and other factors made this an unusually prolonged experience, but overall they were accommodating and professional
