Description of Work: American Plubming did GREAT work. They were timely, fast and did good quality work! American Plumbing's bill was $2500 cheaper than the original quote we had through Roto Rooter. We will use them again, for all future plumbing work or issues that may arise!

Description of Work: American Plumbing was pretty good. I had a new Rheem 40 gallon water heater put in before I had problems with the old one (it was over 25 years old--I think I got my use out of that one). They arrived on time, were professional, and overall did a good job. They had to put on an extra valve for the gas outlet, and a new venting going up into the ceiling, so charge me a bit more money than estimated (but they got it back up to code). They also had to go up in the attic a few times. Overall though I'd use them again.

+ 1 moreThey're always very prompt and courteous. They have a senior discount. If I ever have a problem with anybody ever from this company, the owner will work really really hard to make it right. Once I told the owner that the guy who came out should've looked harder for the problem. I told him what I thought the problem was and my brother found it. I told the owner that and he agreed and credited me what I paid the next time they came out to do something. That makes me feel they are dependable and honest.
Description of Work: They have roto rooted my sewer. They light my gas logs when winter comes. They have done the water heater. They have fixed the spigots outside. One time my washer overflowed due to the lint backing up. They really cleaned that all out and even went out to the sewer and I haven't had a problem with it since and this was several years ago! They just go the extra mile. I have gas burners in my bathrooms, and they adjusted the flames for me in both bathrooms.
