Description of Work: We had this company replace an old HVAC system. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They kept all promises that were made as far as installation is concerned. We would use them again. What we really appreciated was the 10 year parts and labor guarantee on mechanical situations.

Description of Work: Our call started out as a seasonal service and ended with a complete replacement of our HVAC unitss. Garrett worked with us to help us find the right unit for our application. He suggested adding additional duct work to better balance the distribution of air flow. Aire Serv is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and backs this up with a full 10 year parts and labor service guarantee. There were a few issues that the original installation crew encountered. Garrett and his technicians (Fernando you are amazing!!!) diligently worked to resolve the issues. Today, we are enjoying a cool and humidity free, well balanced environment in our 2500 sq ft home. We highly recommend this company.

I was semi-pleased with their work. At the time, there was just one man doing the work so they were somewhat hard to reach. They installed the A/C fine but they didn't put a filter box underneath, which caused problems.

The owner from Aire Serve came out to fix it and got the unit running again. Other companies wanted to charge us $500-$600.
