It went well, and he was very nice and professional.

I called them up and asked for an estimate. they wanted $45 to come out (this would be deducted from my bill incase I chose their services). They also wanted me to purchase the floodlights before the appointment. How is this possible? We needed the wiring checked, the light foundations inspected the plug points and timer inspected. We all know that electrical items once purchased cannot be returned.

Brandon Guidry was awesome! We were flooded in Hurricane Harvey and had someone who had experience with electrical wiring but was not licensed fix our electrical issues. He was so kind and compassionate. We had one room where no outlets worked and he was able to trouble-shoot and fix the problem. Great personality and professional. Reasonable prices. The electrician reviewed the installation instructions for the 3-way WiFi-enabled light switches. The switches work perfectly!

It went great. So great that I did my secondary home as well. I can't say enough about the master electrician that performed my work. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. I have another job I need done with some recessed lighting upgrades and they will get my business. Chris M. is one of a kind.

I was told it would cost $258 - $20 Angie's list coupon to diagnose the issue. The electrician during his diagnoses figured out how the wiring should go in order to operate the lights with the switches appropriately. After this I am told if I want him to wire in the switches it would cost me an additional $250. All that was left was to install new switches to the wires that he already figured out where they should go. The electrician spent 3 hours to determine how to wire the lights.

Luis Baires arrived promptly, was professional, pleasant and courteous. His work was excellent and he left left things perfectly clean (he event took the old fan with him so we didn't have to worry about disposing of it.) We believe the price was fair and we were very happy with Mr. Electric.

Company was slow to coordinate with power company.

Really well I also needed an assessment regarding the circuit breakers box in my patio.

The work was done very professionally and efficiently. If the need arises again where I need more electrical work done, I will not hesitate to call and use them again.

He was on time and familiar with the work to be done. He finished in a reasonable amount of time. I would have liked to pay less but they were available to come on my schedule, and it wasn't an unreasonably high amount to pay for good work.

First, let me apologize. The work could have gotten done faster if I had not of remembered my service address(rental property)from my home address. Once I gave Gilbert the correct address he was pleasant and came as fast as traffic would allow. Upon meeting him I felt comfortable in allowing him in the home. He begins to work and explained things very quickly. It may have taken a while to get things done but I was more than happy to considering I was the one giving the wrong address. The wall oven was a bit heavey (I helped/team work ) had to be removed from the base and he took his time as to not damage anything and placed everything back when he finished. Overall it gave me a sense of relief to put a fork in it an get it done. Thank you, Gilbert I will be sure to call your company again ps. please don't forget to send the reciept via email.

We did not get to use the service even though we put a payment down because they said they do not do work in our area of town.

Excellent service from scheduling to performance of the job. They accommodated my schedule and also the technician was timely and kept in touch with respect to any potential delays. Advertised for the panel was less than ultimate price due to permits, and need to move my meter. However I was advised of these charges before having to commit..some other minor fixes were needed due to the age of some of the wiring/outlets. This work was pretty pricey (including parts) but was done well.

Very well. The tech did a great job, & happily, cleaned up after himself. I did not list a price as this was a Angie's List special Deal, so I have no idea what the normal price would be.

They came out in a timely fashion. We have two boxes in our closet that are less than 200 AMPs, which the offer said they would replace an existing panel with a new 200 AMP panel. They told us that they had to get a permit for the panels in the closet. They also quoted us on the boxes staying in the closet. He told us that wouldn’t be possible. He was going to charge us the $1199 for this box and then again for a second box. The extra we knew that we had to pay was understanding considering the permit he had to receive but when he quoted us on “additional equipment” he couldn’t explain because it was almost $5000 altogether on the quote. The owner said the Angie’s List coupon was incorrect in terms of what it said and mentioned it was misleading. I've also had a couple of other companies quote me on this same job and the price was lower than what Mr. Electric of NorthWest Houston was offering.

They came on time and the man was courteous. He filled out the electrical audit without even looking at some of the item in question, and the answers were wrong. When I point this out, he changed the few I complied about and said "don't worry, you passed." Great work, huh! When he inspected the inside of the panel he did not put it back in position securely. I had to make him go and fasten it back as he's found it, eventually he almost got there but made excuses about it. After telling me what a 'real deal' I'd been able to get, they refused to perform the work stipulated in the offer. Instead they said that I needed to pay extra to get that service because my existing 100 AMP system could not be replaced with what was specified in the offer, even though the offer specifically said otherwise i.e. "replace existing system with 200 AMP panel and main breaker." When I pointed that out they said the offer, which I had in front of me at the time had different language on their version of it, which is hogwash. They just did not want to do the work unless they could talk me into an upgrade. Bait and switch, or run must be their MO. I now need to dog them to give my deposit back. Bad set up, avoid them for this work!

Very Well. The electrician was very efficient

All went very well. Usual problems and glitches were handled with professional experience and efficiency. Ours was a time-critical job that needed to be same day, 100% completed. Work was completed as estimated with no follow up problems or issues. When done, they cleaned up the area so well you'd never guess so much work had just been done. Over all, it was a really good experience. We are glad we called these guys and would certainly recommend them.

An appointment was made and the next day an electrician came out to inspect the job. His name is Luis Baires and he was both highly professional and very personable. He was prepared to do the work the following day. He showed up on time and worked hard for several hours to complete the job quickly. His workmanship was excellent and he was very careful to clean up after he finished even to the point of bringing in a vacuum and cleaning the carpet where he worked. I cannot recall having a better experience with a sub-contractor and that is speaking from 36 years experience as a homebuilder. I give Luis Baires and Mr. Electric of Northwest Houston the highest marks for a job well done! The work was done at the agreed price plus the City of Houston permitting fee which was added to the total per the agreement.

The service was performed well and the service technician was professional. Would use again.
