The job(s) were performed perfectly. Luis Baires, with, Mr Electric, was prompt, professional and gave a fair price. The details of the fan installation and how the new equipment operated were explained thoroughly to me. The problem with the garage outlets was discovered, corrected and explained. I am very impressed with Luis and Mr Electric. This is the second project Where Mr Electric (Luis) have helped me. I will definitely use them again for any electrical issues that I have. I highly recommend the company and Luis.

The Service Professional was on time and were wearing a mask and had gloves on. He check the Electrical box. He took pictures of the damage outlet.Replaced the Dryer outlet in a timely manner.

Very unprofessional, price gouging, several calls from different numbers - same company, tried to up-sale more than looking at original issue, estimate ranged from $400 - $1100 to repair light switch, $65 membership fee, pro was asked to leave and he stated that he came all the way out.

Bid was twice as much as I had expected.

Excellent. Replaced defective breaker and checked electrical panel for other issued. On time as promised. The only contractor able to provide a technician when needed. Others contacted had at least a 3 day wait.

I had Nick with Mr. Electric out to give me a quote on an old breaker box as I had some surge issues and expected that it was time to replace the breaker box due to its age. To my surprise Nick stated that the box was in great shape and a surge protector would resolve my issue. It would have been easy to convice me that the breaker box needed to be replaced so I was delighted at the honesty and appropriate recommendation by Nick. I will use Mr. Electric in the future for my electric needs and I highly recommend this company.

Nicholas came out and replaced the fan light switch. He then checked the GFI breaker on the porch that would not reset. He replaced it with a water resistant GFI and all worked fine. He also re mounted the Emergency power hook up to the main circuit braker panel . He walked me thru each step and asked if there were any other electrical issues that need fixing. Oh by the way they did not have a trip charge and estimate was free. Would definitely use them again. Total cost $290.00. extremely reasonable.

Although it was a small job, Nick, the service technician was knowledgeable, professional and did a good job. Arrived on time - answered my questions and the price (which was quoted before the work started) was very reasonable.

They did a great job in completing repairs. Didn’t have parts so had to come back. Found a defective CAN light too. Did a great job in working around my schedule. Prices a bit high, I thought almost double for what we got.

Electrician did not show up, and did not call to inform me he was running late. This illustrated poor professionalism and punctuality; I will be not be working with Mr. Electric again.

Everything is great. Not an easy job, but gave me a flat rate and stuck to it.
