Dale's crew worked around Christmas and New Year's to got this project completed before the carpet was installed on our newly purchased home. They painted all windowsills, fireplace mantel interior doors, baseboards, walls, (no ceilings - except the ceiling trays), art niches, crown moldings in 3 bedrooms, dining room, den, living room, kitchen; laundry room, foyer and hallways.....basically the whole house. They arrived on time, cleaned up well and the painting crew were easy to talk to. Dale has an excellent eye for colors and how they look different on walls and in what light than on a paint chip slide. I would suggest you confer with him concerning your specific color choices before paint is selected. I made a poor choice for the different color ceiling trays and art niches which had to be corrected and paid more for because of my error. To the painting supervisor's credit, he stopped painting when it was obvious a color I had chosen was horrendous, thus not costing as much to undo with a better choice.

My experience with Dale Busic and his crew was a very positive one. Dale arrived for the estimate and bid well prepared. He took note of everything I wanted done and suggested a number of good alternatives to accomplish what I had planned. The performance and completion of the job was professional, timely, and without any drama whatsoever. It was finished in about three and a half days. Absolutely a breath of fresh air when compared to some other experiences I have had with a few other contractors. I consider Dale and CertaPro to now be my prime contractor for exterior paint and minor maintenance.

Excellent work! Dale responded to my e mail request promptly and was very easy to work with re:scheduling, scope of project. He provided valuable insight on paints, colors and techniques. Dale and his crew wereprofessional and very courteous. And the painting is superb! The water closet and niche were a dark red with faux glaze, and the crew had no problem covering it with the new lighter color. I was impressed as I watched one painter very deliberatly tape off the dining room prior to painting. The nice clean straight line he achieved on the columns in the room is impressive. And they use brushes and rollers, no spraying. Quality work at a very reasonable price. I will call Dale and Certa Pro for all future painting needs.

The crew arrived on time, and got right to work. They painted all the areas with two coats in one long day. They protected the furniture and flooring, and when finished cleaned up after themselves, and moved the furniture back to its original place. The whole procedure was so painless. The new paint looks so nice. As yet, we haven't seen any roller marks or missed spots, and don't expect to. Our hats off to Dale and his crew for a great job.

Wow! An "A" rating just does not say enough. Dale was easy to work with and very pleasant. His crew did a FABULOUS job in our home. I cannot believe it is the same home! I would highly recommend. They also came in lower than other bids that I received.

He is wonderful! I used him last year before I joined Angie's list. I am going to use him again. Everything that everyone has said about him is true. He is great and his staff are great. They guys come in and do it. There is no problem at all. He will do all my painting. He had the most competitive bid. I was surprised as he was with a company. He did everything he promised he would do. There was always someone there you could communicate with. He will make suggestions on things. He checks on his workers regularly to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to do. It was a good experience all round. He gave the lowest bid and he is very customer focused. Some of the people we got bids from were not as friendly. He is professional but friendly. The quality of his work was excellent.

Dale Busic, the owner, came to my house and provided an estimate. He was very timely and professional. Upon approval from my HOA they started the project very quickly and finished in 2 1/2 days. The contractors worked very hard and were very professional. House looks wonderful and I would highly recommend this vendor.

They were not the lowest bid but we are very glad we went with them because they provided value added services we wouldnt get elsewhere. When picking out colors they provided us an interior decorator to help us decide which colors were best. The crews were very professional and exteremly customer orientated. I cant say enough good things about them. It's the kind've painter everyone hopes to deal with.

There was nothing that I disliked about them. The guy that called was very professional and told me exactly what was going on. He was very thorough and would kind of help you pick colors if you didn't have your mind already made up. They were really nice to work with.

The job went very well from start to finish. Dale, the owner of the CertaPro franchise, responded immediately to my request for quotation. He was here on schedule for the appointment. He provided the quote that day on site, and after I discussed it with my husband and we agreed that the quote was quite reasonable for the amount of work being done, we decided to move forward. I set the job up with Dale, and we set the date to have the work done. I called Dale a couple of times before the job date with questions. All calls were returned promptly and all questions were answered. Dale brought his paint crew supervisor out to the house the day before the job started to go over everything. They looked at all rooms and went over the paint color list. Dale pointed out various notes of work to be done to his supervisor, that we had discussed on our first meeting. I was impressed that Dale had taken note of each item discussed. The paint crew showed up promptly the next morning. They were always polite, and worked hard all day. They were quiet while they were working and we were at home. They cleaned up thoroughly each afternoon when they were finished. By the time the job was done, you would hardly know that they had been here. They took all of their tools with them, and left the leftover paint stacked in the garage for our future use. They completed all of the work that was scheduled, and we are very happy with the results. I plan to call them back to paint the guest bedroom and laundry room this fall, as well as some possible exterior work.

Originally hired for painting we also had a new unit built. Everything was well coordinated and efficiently carried out. Attention was given to quality and we were very pleased with everything. A good experience.

The faux finish that was applied did not meet our expectations. We did not feel like the application was done correctly and the final appearance was sub-standard. However, they were very accomodating with our opinion and when we asked them to simply repaint the kitchen instead of leaving the faux finish they performed the job without additional charge and it looks great. I will use them again for services.

They were excellent. They went the extra mile to match the color, since it was a custom color, as well as getting it done before my mother-in-law came into town! I was very happy with their work. I’d definitely hire him again.

They were very good. Their price was fair. The owner came by to discuss a few things with us, and everything was written down and we knew what to expect. We were pleased with their services.

The paint job overall turned out ok, but I ended up having to have my newly installed carpet cleaned because of the grease spot that was put on the carpet in one of my bedrooms.

CertaPro met with us to understand the scope of job. They then provided us with a lump sum estimate for the painting. They also provided us with a per hour estimate to replace any bad wood encountered. After we agreed on the price and signed the contract, CertaPro started the work three weeks later on the date that we requested. It took CertaPro about 7 work days to complete the job; in light of the excessive rain that our neighborhood received during that period, seven days was reasonable. At the end of each work day, CertaPro kept us informed on the status of the job. They also asked us how we felt about the quality of the work. We pointed out some problem areas with the work, and CertaPro addressed those problems. We are very happy with the job and the quality of CertaPro's work.
