It turned out just fine. They found the problem and they fixed it. They seemed knowledgeable. They sent one person out to do the job. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. The scheduling was good.

We are so thankful for On Top Restoration and Construction! This morning we awoke to find that our chimney/fireplace had developed a leak, and with the 9 inches of rain in our area in the last two days, our master bath had sustained water damage. Ricky McGrath's company promptly responded to our request, and by early afternoon repairs had been made. He was professional, gracious, and prompt. We will need to make some sheetrock repairs as a result of our leak, and we were so pleased with our experience today we intend to use this company to help us do that.

The owner of the company came to my house and was very helpful. He helped me to understand the shape of my roof and discussed potential energy-saving measures that I could take. He also discussed when the roof would need to be replaced and what the cost might be. Having recently purchased this 35-year-old home, it was helpful to get this assessment to know what to plan for in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was not pleased with them at all. Finally after calling and calling, he came out but he didn't even have his own tools. He had to go in our garage to get what he needed. He did a horrible job. He tightened a few boards and said he couldn't do anything with the others and that I needed a new fence. I was not pleased at all and I wanted him to leave as soon as he could. There were no additional charges. He acted like he was doing me a favor and not to bother him when I called.

I tried several different ways to contact them but never heard back. I won't be using them.

Rick, the company owner, promptly communicated and scheduled the service call. He was punctual and very professional. The work done on the gate looks like it was done well. I will ask him for a bid on a new fence when we move to a new home we are building.

So I was a little disappointed as this was not available.

They were very pleasant to work with, very professional and informative. I would absolutely use them again and to replace my entire fence.

Two gentlemen came out on time, they were courteous, they were fast and most importantly - they cleaned up after themselves! I am getting a quote for a fence replacement. I would recommend this company, not only for the field staff, but also the courtesy of the office staff.

It was great. He was really nice and did all the work that the ad said he will do. He also gave a quote for some other stuff. The guy that came out was like a handyman of all trades and meticulous as well. I think his name is Paul. He was on time.

Very pleased. The fence that was sagging was reinforced, and that's all I need for the time being. I was told it wouldn't be pretty, and I said that was fine. The boards are all rotted, and the fence actually needs replacement. I asked for a bid on a new section of fence, and will be anxious to see the bid.

The package included a certain number of pickets - I approved additional ones as well. The pickets they used were not of the same quality as the ones on my fence, but looked ok. Also, he had to redo some areas as he had blocked some drainage.

Everything went great - he advised me of what repairs were needed and he completed them in a professional and timely manner. We also discussed some other home improvements (flooring, sheet rock, painting, etc.) that I am exploring which his company provides. Also, he stated that he did not see any damage to my roof - which is 15 years old.

This was the second time I tried to have the leaks repaired the first company was not able or willing to give it much effort. One of the leaks was through an air vent in the roof. He explained that the vent was installed too far down the roof from the peak which allowed the water to flow over the edge of the vent and run into the attic. He went out of his way to fabricate a solution. He bought some tin from Home Depot, bent it and mounted on the roof above the vent to force rainwater around the vent. He actually identified a second vent located low in the roof that was leaking and I had not noticed that one. He installed the same deflector above both vents. I checked after the last rain and both deflectors seemed to do the trick, neither area showed signs of moisture. .The other leak was around a hot water heater vent that was no longer in use. Apparently when the plumber installed our tankless water heater and removed the old hot water heaters he did not re-caulk around the detached pipe. His caulking around that pipe also seemed to do the trick as no moisture was evident in that area after the rain. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing roof work.

I was very pleased with this company. Ricky really worked with me on the pricing considering I have a large multi-level roof. Also, they showed up on time and worked morning 'til night getting things done. Very professional -- and the roof looks great! I have no reservations at all recommending them.

Everything was great from start to finish. We've used On Top Restoration for a few other projects around our home, both big and small. We've had such a great experience, we decided to use them one more time. The crew is top notch with amazing professionalism. Ricky informed me that he was extremely busy and gave us a few options when we could have the work completed. I know that they did at least Three (3) other fences on our street prior to replacing ours and everyone else was extremely happy as well. We did have a few other quotes and we chose On Top because of the detail that was given. Ricky provided us with diagrams showing their "superior process" as well as detailed contracts and explanations.

Responded to call promptly. Assessed the roof with pictures. Very personable and friendly. Never followed up.

He was not a good listener stated that it was not nothing wrong with the shingles, but it was. I had too almost beg him to caulk the corner of the siding. I gave my $99.00 to him for nothing. I will not recommend this company to no one.

They were supposed to start the job on Thursday 10/31, but I got an email the night before stating that due to the weather, they would be unable to do the job. It is now 11/11/13. I had to hire another contractor to get the work done because I never heard back from them.
