Despite numerous requests,they never returned to do the work covered under $99 repair credit :(

Polite. Showed up on time. Sent good pictures of the repairs that needed to be done, though none of what actually was done. Asked for an estimate to complete all necessary repairs and for a complete roof replacement. Price to replace pipe boots was several hundred dollars higher than other estimates I received. Never received any formal estimate for the roof replacement. Had to hire another company to complete the repairs so the "$100 repair credit" was useless. I'll give them a "C" grade in quality for the thorough inspection (evidenced by pictures) and the fact that the technician was polite. Other than that, I poured $49 down the drain for very minor repairs I'm sure would've been taken care of by the next company.

It was very good and he was here for a couple of hours. I had 2 sections of fencing blow down. He did more work than the big deal was for. He nailed the sections back up and replaced 8 pickets and also adjusted my gate. His demeanor and personality I felt comfortable with him. He did the job real well and addressed all my concerns. I had him come in house and look at my fireplace as some tiles were coming loose and he removed them so they would not get broken. He will be coming back to do the repairs on my fireplace. Punctuality I would give him a B+.

Did a great job and came in less than his bid because he was able to reinforce part of my fence rather than replace it. Worked at a rapid pace and cleaned up after himself--well worth the money

Ricky, owner showed up on time as promised. Did quick inspection of roof and fixed blisters. No other issues found, thankfully! Also consulted on viability of roof cleaning (which he advised against, stating it would age roof quicker) and I appreciated his honest and straightforward candor. Will use him again in the future!

Project: 10 year old room addition which is 12' X 20' whith a small leak at one of the windows. the water leaks through one of the window holes onto the wooden window sill below. The leak started when screen gutter protectors were installed under the edge roof shingles... I purchased the deal Nov 23, 2014: $49 for inspection of your roof by a roofing specialist and a $100 repair credit Minor roof repairs to issues that can cause water infiltration Caulking exposed nail heads on flashing Maintenance or resealing around any unsealed pipe collars, exhaust fans/vents and chimney flashing (up to four penetrations)Photos taken of any additional areas in need of maintenance and a plan of action presented I Never heard from them..until I called them, Dec 9th 2014 they said they were on their way and should be at my house any minute but never showed up. I called them after Xmas...They said looks like you were overlooked.... They finally showed up late in December... The estimator never left the ground, he just walked out back looked at my roof and said oh... the angle of the roof isn't steep enough. You need an entire roof shingle replacement. He gave me a price to which I agreed and said he wold be back in a week... I have never heard from them again.. I would like a refund of my $49

Ricky examined my fence and gate, and saw that the gate did not close properly. He trimmed the edge of the gate, and used large wood screws to vertically realign my fence so that it pulled the gate back into proper alignment. My gate operates perfectly now and I am no longer considering a total replacement.

They never showed up or never returned my phone calls

I called, somewhat frantic today, because my tenant moved out and my agent advised me that the roof was leaking in the Master Bedroom. I previously had it repaired and painted, in a dry spell, as my tenant stated the ceiling was stained, but it was an old stain and there was no leak. When they moved out, it was very rainy, and the wall behind their furniture was wet, and the ceiling was definitely wet. I have the painters scheduled to paint the entire inside tomorrow, and I need to cancel until we resolve the issue. Ricky said he was in the area and could go over and look. He called me back about an hour later to advise that the build up of pine needles on the roof was causing water to back up and take the path of least resistance, which was the Master ceiling. I asked how to fix it, he said he just kicked them all off for now, but have the roof blown off seasonally, as the gutters cleaned. I asked how much I owed and he said "don't worry about it, just keep my name and number and remember me next time". In this world we live in, we need more like him! A truly nice guy that has earned my business, and anyone else I talk to that needs a roofer! He even took the time to email me pictures, since I live in Las Vegas, and would not be there to see it for myself. God Bless you and keep up the good deeds Ricky!

The fence repairman was out at my residence but did not fix 2 gates as stated in Angies List. The company has not got back with me and refuses to answer phone calls and messages.

When I first called, Ricky quickly called back and scheduled a quote which was detailed and also done in a timely manner. Once we got other quotes, we chose to go with On Top Restoration. He was not the lowest or the highest but due to his responsiveness and professionalism I decided to go with him. Once the crew started it went quickly, finishing in two days. Ricky was involved making sure the job was done right. The roof looks great. We are pleased with both the process and the result.

I purchased an Angie's List Big deal for this project. My first contact was with Ricky McGrath when he came to look at the project, take measurements and schedule the project. Ricky also brought tile samples for our selection. Ricky offered some design options for the tile design which we appreciated, as he had a vision of what the shower would look like and we didn't. It took a few weeks to get the project scheduled as On Top Restoration and Construction is very busy. We agreed to wait. This was a small project for this company and we weren't in a hurry to get it done. There were several glitches along the way, but Ricky was always on top of every problem and we felt very comfortable that he would take care of all issues. One issue resulted in excessive construction residue and dust. Ricky offered to get a professional cleaning crew to do clean up, but we didn't feel this was necessary. Ricky obviously really cares about his clients and will do what ever is necessary to provide excellent customer service. A few days ago, Ricky was able to schedule his best tile installers to finish our project. The installers even added a shelf which is greatly appreciated, very convenient, and wasn't even in the design plan! The result is a gorgeous and professionally done shower. This shower could be featured in House Beautiful! Ricky was constantly in contact with us from scheduling our project to the final finish. We truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Although we know he has many other projects underway, he made us feel like ours was the most important project he was doing.

The service went okay. They did exactly what the deal stated. I was not home while they did the service but I was pleased with the outcome. I had no issues with scheduling.

I've used him before. He did a great job on such a short notice. It was a 24-hour turn-around.

The initial appointment I thought there would be a no show; he showed up 2 hours late and said his cell phone battery went dead. Several appointments were made due to inclement weather. The crew showed up on the scheduled day and time to reschedule. The fence replacement was to be completed in 1 day, it took 2 long days. The finished fence looks great. I wanted to contract them for additional work. The workers told me to contact Ricky to work out the details and schedule . I was not successful arranging any further work due to lack of interest on contacting me back.

We had On Top Restoration take our kitchen down to the studs and start from scratch. New plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinets and counters. Everything went absolutely seamlessly. We were updated regularly with progress reports and estimated time frames of the various phases in our remodel. Ricky and his crew were absolutely amazing. They were courteous, respectful, always showed up when they said they were and informed us of days they would not be working and the specific reasons why. We could not have asked for a more perfect process and outcome.

I purchased the service through an Angie's List "Big DeaL". Got a quick response and credit card charge from Angie's List. The provider and I went through some email exchanges and a couple of phone calls to agree on a date of service. Provider was punctual and provided a report on the condition of the roof, so the service went well. I signed up thinking I was going to get a roof cleaning, which was my mistake. The provider did what he was supposed to do, so that was fine.
