Description of Work: On Nov 23, 2014 I purchased the | | $49 for inspection of your roof by a roofing specialist and a $100 repair credit | Minor roof repairs to issues that can cause water infiltration | Caulking exposed nail heads on flashing | Maintenance or resealing around any unsealed pipe collars, exhaust fans/vents and chimney flashing (up to four penetrations) | Photos taken of any additional areas in need of maintenance and a plan of action presented | |They never replied until Dec 8th. They said theyu were on route Dec 9th- never showed up! | |The I contacted them again after Christmas, they finally showed up sometime after Christmas but before new years. He walked out back - looked at my small roof repair problem, said I needed a whole new roof on that particular room (sunroom 12 x 20) The roof was only 10 years old.... |said it would cost approx $1500. I agreed to the price although I thought it was over kill for the particular little leak...He said he would be back the next week.. - Never heard from him again.. I would really like my $49 back!! |

Description of Work: He repaired some minor problems on my roof. His responsiveness was partly my problem because I had provided a wrong phone number.

Description of Work: On Top Restoration was sadly not "on top" of our bathroom remodel. I say sadly because the owner, Ricky is a nice guy to work with and tries to get his guys to do things right. But my sense is that many of his guys are subs who don't share his desire to get the job done right. We gave them extra work asking them to two baths not just one. But it took them from August 5 to October 20 to complete the job and I had to get in touch with Ricky repeatedly to insure the work got done and done well. So while I like Ricky I can't recommend his company to anyone. Sorry.

Description of Work: I called to have a bid done on a bathroom remodel, the owner was prompt to come out stayed for an hour or so and we talked, a week went by I never heard a word from him. I text him regarding status and he said he was behind on a couple of jobs and would get something to me that evening. I never received anything, three weeks have now gone by and I never have heard a word from the guy. I've obviously moved on and found someone else.

Description of Work: I purchased a "deal" for gate repair. I had 2 gates that needed to be adjusted so they would open and close. He adjusted one and then said the other one required more than the "deal" would cover. He told me he would come back and fix the 2nd gate for $200 and that he was trying to get his own business going instead of working through this vendor. He did come and the repair was done quickly and done well; however, it was not something that I should have had to pay extra for. Not pleased that this happened.

Description of Work: On top restoration offered a deal on fence maintenance. They fixed my gate latches and aligned them. They continue to work well. They also included replacing 6 fencing boards and my fence looks nicer. They were prompt and courteous and professional. I will use this company again.

Description of Work: Replaced sunroom roof and repaired ceiling damage in sunroom. Replaced all vent caps on main roof and inspected main roof for damage and needed repairs.

Description of Work: Fixed some posts and slats in our wooden fence. Initial contact was good. The follow up was delayed until we pushed. The work was well done in the end.

Description of Work: Ricky and helped repaired my fence that had been damaged by my dog, in a rainstorm! Thy replaced two 2x4's and ten planks and even shored up a lose spot. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them!
