Kiwi Carpet Cleaning

Customer service was great, scheduling, pick-up, delivery, however the cleanliness of the rug was a "D". The only reason they did not get an "F" is because some cleaning was performed. After the rug was delivered, I inspected the rug and proceeded to find 2 stains that had not been removed in the 3" pile white wool rug, as well in-between the cracks, the seams of each different type of weave, I found still dust, crumbs and carpeting materials. If you hire someone to clean your rug, it should be 100% top "A" level cleanliness, not partially done. I spent 2 hours cleaning the rug with an hoover air to have removed 3/4 a plastic Target bag of dust/dirt and carpet materials. As a customer you should never have to do this, however, I don't plan on allowing them to redo the cleaning, and I would not recommend them nor would I use them again.

It went very well. The same technician always cleans my carpets, and he is always very thourough.

Both were performed on time, for a reasonable price and the technician was very friendly. They also have a good warranty on their carpet cleaning and ducts and we have had them come back out to treat our ducts for mold and have the carpets re-cleaned for a very low special rate. We just recently had a situation where we needed the duct from our dryer cleaned b/c our dryer stopped working, we needed this done ASAP (how does a Mom survive without our washer/dryer working!) and the sales person on the phone was very helpful and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, such a relief!

The technician, Tyrell, did an Excellent job. He was very detail oriented, and he removed all of the stains that were on the carpet.

The price was very fair, and I was pleased with it. They treated all my rug and my floor with a lot of care. They were very careful about moving all my furniture and very careful about my floor. They gave it a beautiful shine. I was very pleased about that.

They are very easy to work with and they have good costumer service. Scheduling went well and they show up on time. One cleaner came out to do the work and it took about 3 hours to complete. I am satisfied with the work they did and the price was fair.

They gave me a window of when they would arrive. I called twice to see why they weren't there. Both times they told me they were on their way. I called and cancelled and they showed no concern at all. Nobody ever showed up.

Their equipment is old, they use a buffer to clean the carpet which doesn't seem to do a great job and they had to come back a second time because I was not happy with the results. The first day they were here they were running 1 1/2 hours late and when they came back a second time he was basically on time. I would not use this company ever again.

.We have used Kiwi Carpet cleaning for years. They charged us a lot for cleaning a few of our carpets.

The reason I stopped using them was because they didn't clean deep enough. I felt like the equipment they used just braised the surface of the carpet and I needed an actual deeper cleaning.

They absolutely ruined our carpet. We had to get a total replacement but they ultimately paid for the damage. It took about 4 months but they did it. It was a Berber carpet and they used a tile brush. We would not recommend them to anybody. We would absolutely not use them again.

We have pets, so they treated several areas for stains. They tried their best to get them out, but we knew from past experience with other companies that they probably would not come out. We really appreciated the fact that they cleaned our staircase. We paid $350 for the actual carpet cleaning and an additional $100 for the disinfectant treatment. We decided to have the disinfectant treatment done the day they came, otherwise the original estimate was right on. After the initial cleaning, they will come back anytime with in the next twelve months and clean the carpets for only four dollars per room. We thought their rates were very competitive and the special discount they give for any additional cleanings during the next twelve months really brings down the cost.

The rep was very courtious, but the bonnet style cleaning was not what I was looking for. I wanted deep cleaning. I wasn't very impressed with a lack of company vehicle or van powered unit.

I have been happy with their services. They were punctual. They were up front with their fees.

I called and received an estimate on having three rooms of carpet cleaned. When they showed up and took a look at the areas they said they were smaller than anticipated. Since they were smaller the worker said he would have to up the price. Based on my phone call the three rooms were to be one price, however I ended up being charged 50% more because the rooms were smaller. They totally misrepresented themselves and I would never hire them again. The worker was also very slow and unprofessional.

Kiwi Services Carpet Cleaning did a great job on my carpets. I do have a rather large home and they say that no job is too big. The gentleman that came out was very nice. He had all the right equipment to clean my carpet. He did a great job on the high traffic areas and was able to get out all my stains.

I guess you can say that they did an ok job. Nothing to really rave about. Friends, whom I always feel is a good choice, recommended Kiwi to me. I would use them again because they seem to be able to get all the stains out. I do not want to chance using someone else who can t get the stains out.

We're under a twelve month contract with Kiwi and though they're not the best, they're very reasonably priced. They move furniture, we have to pay extra for stain removal and they clean the heavy traffic areas well. The carpets dry in about three hours. The people are o.k.

We have only had our carpets professionally cleaned once since we have lived here. Kiwi did an excellent job getting the heavy stains and ground in dirt out. It looks like new carpet now. The cleaners were prompt in their arrival, and got right to work. They set the furniture on top of other furniture, instead of removing it from the room, because of the thin doorways we have. They used a type of drop cloth to separate the pieces to avoid damage. After two hours, the job was finished.

The worker was on time, but that s about all that went right, as he didn't do a very good job. My carpets still had spots after the cleaning. I had him come back to do them again because I felt the job was not done properly the first time. The worker charged a much higher price because he had to come back, which didn't make me very happy.

The results were excellent and very prompt. The company had a service truck with all equipment. The company does offer special discounts after the first initial cleaning and I have used them several times with good results.

Kiwi Carpet did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, were polite, professional, and they care about their customers. They were quick, efficient, and stand behind their warranty one hundred percent. The carpet looks great, I am so happy with the job they did. I will use them again, and certainly refer them.

Kiwi Steam Service did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in my den. They moved all the furniture and vacuumed the carpet first. The technician was professional, caring, polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Kiwi Steam Service.
