Description of Work: Marty did what I thought no one could do - he restored my front and back slate patios bringing out beautiful colors plus an added sheen. I've owned the property three years and had given up hope of restoring the slate to its natural beauty after contracting with another provider previously and working myself to remove old sealants and possibly other products. Marty knew what to do - and did it. He worked tirelessly, often on hands and knees scraping up old sealants. Marty rates #1 in my book among all contractors I've used in the past for any service.

Marty is AMAZING!!! We had the closing from h***! We had already made our appointment with Marty for the day after we closed, we ended up not closing on time so I had to reschedule at the last minute. We had another delay and had to reschedule again. He was so very patient and completely understood our situation and was extremely accommodating! He came in and sealed all of the grout in our home and gave us recommendations on cleaning and caring for the tile in the future. I highly recommend him!

Excellent job! I got the Angies List Big Deal for $190 for 350 sq/ft of tile cleaning and sealing. The actual sq footage was 400 so it was an extra $75 for the extra 50 sq ft. They were responsive in scheduling and showed up on time. They did a great job cleaning the floors and the tile countertops and backsplash. Marty discussed the differences between the clear seal and color seal and I chose to go with the color seal. It was an additional $260 (as it requires a lot more labor) but makes a huge difference and allows you to change the color of the grout. They did quality work and used drop cloths and corner guards to protect cabinets and floors. They even cleaned some scuff marks off the drywall for me. I will definitely call Marty next time I need floor cleaning and will recommend him to others.

What a difference! The floors look brand new. The work was professionally performed. Mr. Sande was very courteousness and prompt.
Description of Work: Mr. Sande cleaned my tile and grout floors located in the kitchen, laundry room, family room, and entry. Also, he applied: (1) clear sealant on the entry floor and two upstairs bathrooms; (2) high gloss sealer on my family room slate floor; and (3) color sealer in the kitchen and laundry room.
