The core of our strategy is knowledge. Any company can say “they are the best” and clean relatively new or lightly used carpet, but Cleaning Kings are able to see and address the proper procedure required to get the job done. The technicians combined training and resources lead to long-term success and tremendous savings for clients. Most companies still hire independent contractors; all of our technicians are insured and bonded employees with Cleaning Kings. Each technician goes through an extensive background check and drug screening to ensure safe and productive service calls. Cleaning Kings will do everything possible to make sure clients receive the safest, most knowledgeable, and well-trained technicians. Cleaning Kings requires each technician to attend regular IICRC training, which keeps them up to date with the newest cleaning methods and procedures. We take pride in our name and make sure every team member is recognizable, by sending them to service calls in a Cleaning Kings uniform and marketed van. We hope to see you soon!!! Description of Work: Sent email via Angie's messaging service. Got one response saying they had me scheduled for a Thursday between 8 and 10. I had said in the email I could only do 10am and 2pm. They showed at 8 anyway. I emailed and tried to call got nothing. Finally called again and got a better time for a later date. The work they did was good but, scheduling was nuts. Price was good though.
