Officially a no-show! I booked my appointment for a Saturday. My schedule changed, so I called and left a message to call me back so I could reschedule. No one returned my call, so I adjusted my schedule so I could keep the original appointment. Then, I received a text to confirm an appointment for Fri. (the day before). I called them and told them that no one returned my call so I did not schedule another appointment. The man on the phone said they had confused me with another person who wanted to reschedule. He apologized for not returning my call and assured me that the original appointment was still set. Saturday came and no one showed. I called twice, left messages, texted, and contacted them through their website. No one answered the phone or returned my calls or texts. I never heard from them.

It went way beyond my expectations. We are preparing to list our home for sale and I thought our carpets were clean, but let's do this anyway...well, let me tell you, they were not clean but are now like-new. Thank you to Cory and team.

Cory was extremely friendly and did an excellent job on all of my carpets and area rugs. He was able to lift the soiled stains out of my guest room mattress. I feel confident and relieved that none of my guests will ever have to smell any bad odors when they climb into that bed. Cory was quick, efficient, and friendly. No surprise or hidden fees. Great service and very affordable! I would definitely recommend them to any other household looking for a great carpet/tile cleaning service.

Their employee knocked some items off of a table and broke them. He did apologize but offered no suggestions as to how to rectify the problem. I called their office and they said they would get back to me. However they did not. They will not answer my phone calls, return my phone calls or respond to my text messages.

Prepaid to Angie's list so got for 59.99. They did the job quickly and properly. They responded promptly and came that same day.

Everything was done very professionally. The technician advised me about some stains from a pet and did his best to remove them. My expectations were exceeded.

Cleaning went fine but was not happy with the quality of the work due to sitting water being left to dry and was told for the price I paid that is what I get. The tech should have dry mopped the areas in my opinion. Big improvement to the tile & grout but professionalism was missing.

The first day they didnt have a tube long enough to do it so he came back the next day and was on time and did everything perfect.

OMG! Showed amazing attention to details. The tile was badly neglected by the previous owner. After meticulous cleaning, I can't believe the difference. I don't think I've had a contractor who showed so much care in their work and the outcome. I'm truly impressed!

Terrible. I was quoted for carpet cleaning, tile, and harwood floor when the technician arrived he made excuses for not being abe to clean the harwood and raised the price 200.00 dollars. I had the carpet cleaned on Friday. The carpet took like 4hr to dry I just went to try my new vacuum and to my suprise the carpet is nasty and I picked up tons of dirt. The tile is not clean, When I complained, he came up with all these excuses for why the cleaning was not done properly. My floors look dull. I did not want my tiles to look dull. I wanted them to look clean.
