Technician arrived on time, worked diligently and provide service above what was expected.

Went really well. The technician was efficient and professional. Carpets were much cleaner. This was a $59.99 deal for up to four rooms or 800 SF. The only negative was that the process for making a reservation. I initially made the reservation online. When I called the day before the appointment date I was told the online reservation did not process and they would not be able to come on the day I requested. The person I spoke to was very polite and apologetic. Another date was scheduled and the tech showed up on time.

It did'not,. They got paid and I got screwed

He did amazing job. The carpets look perfect. This was for move out and I was so pleased that the carpets looked so good. He was friendly and helpful. We have them coming back to do more work on other areas. I have to say when purchasing deals on Angie's list don't forget your phone number. It is very difficult for the company to reach you without it. I made that error but I contacted them to insure everything was a go. It worked out great!

Excellent work. I work from home and the technician that came out was friendly but very respectful of that. He required little direction. Told me what I needed to know and did a great job. I was on a conference call and he was careful not to disturb me. The work was great - better than any other carpet cleaner I have used in the past.

I bought the deal and provided three dates for them to come do the grout cleaning and they never even contacted me. I called Angie's List and got a refund.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List and this provider did not return my phones calls or emails to schedule an appointment.

Arrived 1 hour late, took over one hour to set up hoses and other stuff, was on the phone for 1 more hour arguing with his boss, at that point, 3 some hours into it I had to leave. The guy was a bit over sharing about his life, his problems, asked me to rent him the apartment. I was uncomfortable. He wanted to come back the next day, I do not feel comfortable he has a clue about what they are doing.

His crew came out and cleaned the carpet, hardwood floors and ceramic tile. They looked so much better. Thanks Aaron.

Cory has been here 3 times, cleaned the sofas (light gray, new and expensive, they turned out great) as well as carpet and did a bang up job at a great price. Multiple stains from red wine and cokes. I had blotted the worst of the stains up with one of those home hot water vacuums and so they were able to get the remainder stains completely removed. Cory also hit the car upholstry that 2 detailers couldn't manage to get clean. I had sent the car to detail, spent $100 and several weeks later the stains would leach back through due to ketchup/grease that was stuck in the foam underneath. Cory worked persistently on it with 200 degree steam (one of the reasons why cleaners don't do a good job is if they don't have hot water on the truck) for 30 minutes and the stains have been gone for over a year. While I didn't blame the car detailers for a failed job- it is very difficult to get grease out of foam padding 1 inch under a seat cover- the bottom line is that this company has gotten a job done that others couldn't. I've hired a lot of carpet cleaners- these guys are solid professionals with good equipment. I did look at reviews on Angies list and ignored the bad ones because of the # of good reviews, and from looking at the bad reviews the thing to me that seems to make sense is one of several things- #1- theft of services- issuing complaints until a vendor gives you a refund, which happens all of the time #2- finish materials on a floor that the cleaner didn't know about. I used to be a residential contractor and I have seen plenty of finishes that start to turn loose when steam hits them and turn into a nightmare in terms of labor for the cleaner that showed up and is now being blamed for a problem he didn't create and is not responsible for. The problem is the manufacturer that made a sealant that someone put on tile or wood years ago. After time cheap finishes yellow and started to turn loose when being cleaned. In those situations the solution is stripping the floor, which is not in a scope of work for a cleaning company- and something that people that complain don't want to pay for. Also, when it comes to stains- most people don't get that stains left for a period of time travel deep into padding and subfloors and continue to come back. I've had great service from Cleaning Kings because they send guys that work hard and have proper equipment with high temperature equipment and I don't do dumb things with stains and I know what is applied to the floors in my home. This is the first time I've taken the time to write a review like this- mainly because of the amount of effort and diligence they've spent on the job every time.

They cleaned a couch. It was a white couch. It had never been cleaned before. When they cleaned it, you could still see where part of it was cleaned and part of it was not. There were lines when they were going across with the machine, like streaks. It is noticeable. There are like light and dark parts. Part of it got cleaned and part of it didn't get cleaned. The carpet cleaning was good. It was the sofa and chair that didn't come out that good. There were no stains on it. The furniture was white and it made the dark part more noticeable. If somebody had white furniture, I wouldn't recommend them. They were very responsive.

I purchased a BD but there was a big lack of responsiveness to confirm, I called several times and emailed. I left voicemails and never got a call back so I cancelled the offer.

They were just a little bit above average. I wasn't happy with their steam cleaning. I wanted them to steam cleaning where the imprints of the furniture had been, but he said nobody ever does that anymore. They were punctual and everything, but they could have done a better job.

Cleaning Kings we very courteous and professional. The technician showed up at the scheduled time and completed the work in a timely manner. The grout was cleaner after the services were performed, but high traffic areas still had staining. The technician told us that the grout had been previously sealed and the stains could not be removed. Not a bad experience, but I expected better results from professional tile grout cleaning.

This was a mixed bag experience for me. I called to confirm my appointment and it was confirmed with an arrival window between noon and two on the date of the service. However that window of time came and went and no one arrived. I had to leave my home at 2:30pm to pick up my son, still no one there & no response to my calls/emails/texts. At approx. 3:10pm I received a call that the technician was approx. 10 mins away. No explanation was offered as to why they were late nor was there any acknowledgement of the unanswered attempts to communicate with them. The technician and I arrived at the house at approx. 3:30pm. He was efficient and appeared competent. The work was done well and I am pleased with the outcome of the cleaning. The downside is that because it was done late in the day, we could not sit on the furniture until the next morning as it needed to dry. A bit inconvenient but not insurmountable. The next issue was that an error was made when finalizing the billing. I did not catch this so I bear some responsibility. The technician caught the error and called me about 2 hours after he left. He told me he would make the correction the following morning. However I cannot find reflection of the refund or adjustment in my accounts - it is now a week later. In their defense, I have just brought the matter to the attention of management and am awaiting response.

Very responsive and cautious. Gave me good advice and did not try to over charge or sell up. Will use Cleaning Kings on my my next home.
