Description of Work: They were contracted to clean the tile and grout in our bathroom. They came out two different times and afterward the floor looked no different than if it had been mopped. The service person said the grout had not been properly sealed and that is why it had discolored and they could not get it clean. I am not sure I believe that, but I was not pleased with the service.

Description of Work: We bought the $99 deal for cleaning grout. They did a very good job. There was an additional sq.ft. charge of $40 which was no surprise, we knew we had more square footage of grout than offered in the special. While here, they offered to clean our stairs & landing, upstairs bedroom, plus 2 runners for an additional $50.00. We thought that was a good deal, we agreed and they did a very good job.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet on our stairs that was so badly stained from having tenants in our home. The carpets there and in the bedrooms looks brand new again! They were fast, neat and very professional!

Description of Work: they cleaned and deodorized the carpet in two rooms. The $99 was the same as everyone else charged. This was no deal. The carpet was no cleaner than what my Bissell carpet cleaner does. There were still areas that did not smell like they had been deodorized. I had to ask the guy to go over a spot twice because there was still something on the carpet. He was busy talking on his cell phone.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for $99 for 100 square feet of grout cleaning and sealing. I was amazed at the difference in the appearance of the tile especially in my bathroom. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaning King came and cleaned the grout on my tile. While they were there, they offered to clean my carpets for an extremely reasonable rate and so I had them do it. Parts of the grout came out very well but other parts were not nearly as clean. I called them, they came out and re-worked all of the areas I was concerned about. They came out the same day I called about the problem. I appreciated that they were so responsive, did not question my concerns, came out and fixed the area to my satisfaction. I would definately use them again.
