Description of Work: There was a problem not of Cleaning Kings' making. My rather new dog peed on the carpet several timea, leaving stains but not a really bad smell. Cleaning Kings did their job, and the carpet looked wonderful but smelled much worse than before cleaning. They came back and cleaned/treated the carpet again. Their attitude was excellent. Unfortunately, the smell still lingers. I haven't called back, because I feel they did their best.Mixed review.

Description of Work: My ceramic kitchen floor tile and grout was cleaned. I was told that my terazzo tile in both bathrooms had to be cleaned with a different product and for additional cost. I set an appointment for the following day.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and were friendly. As far as cleaning the grout I wasn't happy with the work. I still had some spots on the grout that were there before they started and were still there when they left. They seemed to be in a hurry. I have cleaned my tile floors myself and I guess if I want the floors and the grout to look good I will just go back and do it myself!

Description of Work: Nice, friendly guys, and they were punctual, but not too aware of the outside dirt and leaves they were tracking through the house. Overall it was a satisfactory experience, but there didn't seem to be as much improvement in the more heavily worn grout areas as I had hoped. I also paid extra to have the shower tile and grout cleaned, but they weren't able to get it completely cleaned either.

Description of Work: Nothing. I contacted the provider once, saying I was not ready to schedule, soon after purchasing the deal, then forgot to contact again, and never heard back.

Description of Work: He cleaned the my tile floors and sealed the grout. He also offered to clean my carpet while we waited for the tile soak to complete for a very reasonable price, which I took him up on. Good Job.
