Did a great job on pet stained caroet

I purchased their carpet cleaning service but no one contacted me. I also called them to schedule an appointment but no one returned my call.

When I called for information, they Guaranteed me the pet smell would go away by at least 80%. Even their website says it, so therefore I hired them. He gave me a window of 9-10. They didn't arrive until almost 12. When he gets here, he doesn't have me listed as a pet treatment. So he calls into office to discuss and comes back and says there's an additional charge. I agreed to the extra charge although it wasn't originally contracted that way. After the cleaning was done and they left the pet smell was 80% MORE than it was originally before the cleaning!! I could not stand it! I called them back twice, left voice-mails and even a text about needing to discuss with them. I have yet to hear back from anyone! The strong smell took over the entire house (despite all the different things I attempted to try to help)! We ended up just ripping carpet out and replacing it.

Cory called and texted to tell me he was on his way. He showed up on time, walked through the house and we discussed what I wanted. He was friendly and professional and the carpets look nice. We talked about cleaning my, tile, but there was no hard sale. He simply gave me a price and said call if I was interested.

Overall I'm pleased. My only concern is that they didn't call or text the day before to confirm appt nor were we informed that we needed to clear the surfaces of the furniture before they would move it to clean beneath. I didn't have time to do that and As a result, i chose not to clean the rooms with furniture. He did a good job on the areas cleaned as well as the area rugs.

From the initial contact to the end of service, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, respect, and the attention shown to me from every aspect of the process by all involved. The workmanship (rug cleaning), waslike a well oiled machine i.e. the notification of arrival time, the walk through, the process itself and the clean up were excellent. I definitely will use this service provider, (Cleaning Kings) again and will recommend them to friends.

They did a great job on both. Cory did the carpet cleaning. He took his time and did a great job. Justin did the stretching and took his time. I would use them both again.

Went very well and results are unbelievable! The tech called prior to arriving to let me know when they'd be arriving. Accessed the area's being cleaned then started working. Cory was the tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job! I had contacted another company however, they couldn't accommodate me within the time I needed it done. Cory arrived on time and we went over the work we needed him to do. He cleaned our white living room and dining room and stairs carpet and the white area shag rug in our den. He also cleaned the tile in our kitchen and eating area as well as our den. He also did an excellent job cleaning our upholstered antique rocking chair. Cory was very kind and polite and worked diligently until he finished.

We are selling a house and needed carpets and upholstery done prior to open house and we showed up half hour before scheduled time on a Sunday. This company did not show up nor call. When we finally were able to get a hold of them, they could not come out. Left us high and dry having to pay extra to find someone last minute. I don't want this to happen to anyone, don't even book them!

Aaron was very responsive, he was pleasant and knowledgeable. We added work to the deal and his price was very good. Service was excellent. Would definitely hire again.

He was an hour and half late. It was a good job for the what was there.

I texted (I'd rather text than call because people are busy and can't always answer immediately) to get a price for basic carpet steam cleaning service in a small, empty bedroom. Within one minute, i was texted a reasonable price. He was the only one I could find that didn't have a minimum price for like 3 rooms. I gave him a range of times I could be available, we scheduled, and Cory was punctual, and did a fast and great job cleaning my carpet. He was professional, enthusiastic, good attitude, hard-working. I'm putting Cleaning Kings in my contacts for future services.

I have had my carpets cleaned by numerous companies over the years and Cory was by far the friendliest, most courtiest and efficient technician I have used. The price was as advertised. I was quoted $99 over the phone and that is what he charged. No extra charges for "this and that". Most companies tell you $99 over the phone but then when they get to your house say it will be $199. All stains came out and my carpets look great. I will definitely use again.
