Cleaning Kings

I hired them to do a move out carpet cleaning, w/ pet urine/spot treatment. The guy who did the carpet said the carpet smelled and looked brand new when he was done. Upon going into the apt afterwards, it did not smell new. It still smelled like urine...worse than before. Turns out the apt complex had to replace the carpet and is now passing on the almost $900 charge to me . Since your carpet cleaning wasn't satisfactory and didn't do the job, I have contacted them 3x to refund my $146.13 w/ no response. That is why I am doing this review...not just for the fact the carpet was cleaned well enough (even w/ the pet treatment) and needed replacing, but b/c they haven't refunded my money or even bothered to respond to me in any way.

My 82 year old mom's carpets n her townhome needed some serious cleaning. The rep from Cleaning Kings (she can't remember his name) did a wonderful job. He cleaned 3 upstairs bedrooms, a downstairs bedroom and the stairs. He was very respectful and professional. He even tightened up a loose railing on the stairway. Mom is so happy with the job that was done. I highly recommend this company.

My deal had expired in Jan 17 so I called and talked to the owner to see if I could pay the difference between what I paid and what he would charge today. He acted irritated and said they would only honor half the price (even though they already were paid). I had used them 2 other times on my houses but never again. I guess they have plenty of business and are not really interested in new business.

Great. Could not ask for a better company or guys to do the job. Very neat and well planned out.

It went well. They provided services as requested.

The work they did, this is a touchy thing, it was laminate wood and you don't want to, you know, the previous owner put wax on it, and you don't do that. So no one would touch it but these guys. It did cost more than the $159, you know, but the areas were bigger too. The did a fantastic job. The only problem is I purchased it, I guess, when it was their busy season, so I really didn't get it done until the end of January. Trying to get a hold of them was an issue, that's a down side of it. They did good work, can't complain about that. Once a date was set they were on time, on schedule.

Cory did a stellar job on our carpet. We had him clean a rental we had just vacated, and he was able to do the job without us being on site, and locked up the house for us after he left. Cleaning Kings was also able to come out for SAME-DAY service...completely unexpected, but very much appreciated. I will definitely use them again in our new place! Cleaning treatment and deodorizer for pets was very affordable.

Great. The furniture looked great and he cleaned my area rug for free.

It was very methodically done. The technician was very friendly, helpful with moving a heavier item, thoroughly explained what he would be doing, called me in mid-clean to show me what the process looked like, and completed the job in a very timely manner.

It went very well. The person showed up on time and did a great job cleaning a very dirty carpet.

Justin was very thorough, and offered some great advice about cleaning pet stains. The carpets dried quickly, and I'm very satisfied with the work.

They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the grout. Did not need to color or restore my grout.

I paid for the service and gave 3 dates to schedule service. No one from the company called or emailed. Will never do business with them again.

Cory was great! He did a great job. First day he came out he didn't have a hose long enough so asked if he could come back the next day and do it. He did and was on time. He didn't rush through like others have. So basically I had paid the 79 for the 3 rooms and had to pay an additional 150. ish for the other 2 rooms and a area rug. That included a stain guard on all rugs.

Very positive experience; appt. scheduled via text and they showed up on time. Professional, respectful, clean and organized serviceman (I can't recall his name) and he communicated with me consistently. We had 4 areas cleaned as well as two area rugs. I was nervous about him cleaning the wool area rugs but he was careful, explained the process and took them to the driveway for thorough cleaning before placing them back where they were.

It was fine. It was great, they did a good job. I didn't pay any more. They did a very good job, they were on time and professional. The workers were very friendly and very professional.
