Provider was initially difficult to reach when setting a date, though subsequently communicated quickly and service was scheduled. They arrived promptly and adequately cleaned the designated areas.

Provided a feasible time window and called before arrival so that I was able to attend the cleaning session during my lunch time.

The man cleaned the tile and grout and it looked worse than before he started. He broke the grout in several areas leaving big gouges with no grout. The grout was not clean at the end of the service and was still dirty. He left the baseboards soaking wet and up onto the walls. We had a pile of laminate wood stacked in the corner of a room where it's being stored and it was all wet. Our floors were cleaned a year ago and the grout was perfectly white so we know it's possible. Now we will have to repair grout in at least 10 different areas where it was broken and still clean it! What a waste of money!

I am very pleased with the service. The floor looks new again. Excellent job.

A couple of stains were not removed, service person said that's best they can do. Stars carpet on the edges did not cleaned very well.

The guy came and he was nice and quick, but the carpet was stiff after it dried, he didnt get up the spots they reappeared after he left so I had to hire someone else.

I had just bought home (carpets were new), but I wanted to get them cleaned from all the foot traffic. He showed up on time. He saw they were new carpets and suggested it did not need too much cleaning agents used on them. So, he did a steam clean. The carpets look great, and he cleaned up after the job was finished. Really nice, polite, and professional person.

Service was paid for and appointment scheduled thru the Angie's List site...3 other calls were made to the service provider scheduling appointments...Not only did no one show up on the scheduled dates to perform the work, no one took the time to even call back....Finally had to request a refund from Angies;;;;;;Poor Service

It went ok and he cleaned the rooms. I am not sure if the chemicals he used I would use them in my mother's house. He did not try to upscale me and he did it in an hour.

The carpet cleaning service did not go well. We realized that the guy came in and finished the job in like 10 to 12 minutes and just left. It wasn't a good service. They came here and provided the service.

Justin was the service provider. He was professional and set expectations prior to the service. He was careful, efficient and he did an excellent job! The tile and grout look great and the majority of stains and spills from over the years are gone. Im very happy with both the service and the results.

he left with floors still wet, told me when they dried to walk on them and put furniture back in place when it dried, it didn't even look like they had been cleaned, more like damp moped,very sad to have paid $325.00 for a floor moping with plain water...

not much change from before to after, seemed like a waste of time and money. Not sure if just that service not adequate for my floors (kitchen and bath tile with 1/4" grout....), no idea, but he didn't say anything.

They were punctual, did a thorough and professional job including some additional work at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased this through Angie's List and had two problems: first, no one called me for weeks to set up the appointment. I finally called, left a message, was not called back, then called again and was able to schedule. Secondly. the technician presented me a bill for $4.95 for taxes. I was surprised; I didn't remember paying tax separately the last time I used this same company. He told me taxes and gratuity were not included, so I tipped as well, but no one likes surprises. He said the coupon had verbiage about tax and gratuity not included, but I could never find it printed anywhere. The service itself was great, and the technician was prompt, polite, and did a great job on the carpets.

The service provided was average. I noticed some areas where the grout was cleaner but many areas still look the same. I'm most concerned with questions about the billing and the responsiveness to those questions. When the technician left my house, he gave me an invoice which had a total of $124.48. He charged my credit card $64.49 because I had an angies list voucher he credited me. After he left I noticed that he had only credited me for a $59 Angie's List voucher when in I had actually purchased a $99 Anglies list voucher. I called and left a message within an hour after he left. When I didn't receive a call back, I went onto Angie's List and wrote in about my billing concern. I received a response back that said I was not overcharged and they would call me the next day to explain. They never called and I still haven't received an explanation of why they didn't credit me for the full $99 Angie's List voucher. It has been over a week at this point. I would not use this business in the future.

Carpets look great considering there age.

Excellent job. Punctual, professional, and most importantly the work done met my expectations.

They did fine. There was no problem at all. They did a great job. They screwed up the arrival time. They left me hanging for a day. They had it down as the wrong address. They went with what was wrong to find out that they misread the address. They could not get to me that day so I had to rearrange my schedule for the following day. Other than that, the work I got there was excellent. I didn't talk to the guy that actually did the work. My wife would probably give an A to the guy that actually did the work. The people that I talked to without showing up, they were not more than C. The guy that did the work would get an A. He was there when they promised him to be there. He got right to work. He didn't damage the property. He did a much better job on the carpet than she expected. There were a lot of stains on the carpet. He got them all out.

Great service. Clean and quick. Will use every time we need our carpets cleaned.

I paid $79.00 for a coupon to clean 3 rooms.i substituted a staircase for 1 room. Communication was quick and workers arrived on time. At completion, my husband was informed he owed $4.93 for tax on $65.00 job. Carpet looks great. The coupon was more than the job and not worth it. Next time I will go directly to the carpet cleaner.

They wanted to charge more. The service was good. I think they needed some more time. I like them.

I couldn't be more pleased with these guys. I'm giving them an A for customer service. I initially contacted Aaron through the Angie's List messaging center. He replied back and we set up an appointment. I had to reschedule twice because of issues on my end, but Aaron was patient and worked me into his schedule. When Rex showed up to clean the floors, he did an amazing job. We purchased a preowned home and the floors had apparently never been cleaned. I watched the acid eat through a lot of the grime in the grout. Unfortunately, two days later, some of the dark spots on the grout were still there. I called Aaron and he sent his guy back out a few days later to re-clean at no cost! Talk about superior customer service. They wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. This company is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and customer-service oriented. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
