They were punctual and did a good job with the rooms. Carpets look a lot better.

On January 29, 2016 I purchased a deal with Cleaning Kings for $59.99 for Four Rooms of Carpet Cleaning, Order Number 2548840. I messaged this company via Angie's List Messages on 1/30 to schedule the carpet cleaning and later that evening my father-in-law passed away. The next day I cancelled the scheduled service and asked to reschedule at a future date. I messaged the company on 2/13/16 to set up a time for the cleaning and they did not respond. In addition I telephoned the company and left a message and sent an email to their company's email address on February 17, 2016. As of this date I have not received any contact from them regarding the services that I purchased. I purchased this service to clean carpets in a home that we were selling and due to the time constraints of putting the house on the market, it was necessary for me to rent a steam cleaner and clean the carpets myself.

Went well. Fast and professional and the carpets looked great. No furniture to work around so was a pretty straightforward job.

The technician was courteous, efficient, and thorough. In and out right on time.

When the technician arrived he told me the service I bought did not include stone floors, only ceramic tile. However, due to the size of the area I wanted cleaned (very small bathroom) he did the job anyway. He was very professional and worked very fast. The grout did not get as clean as we wanted, but the floor itself came out beautifully.

Very courteous and efficient. They guy was done in literally 10 minutes. I was excepting it to take much longer considering one room was in pretty bad shape but they all look great. Will definitely be using these guys again for cleaning.

I purchased deal b/c my kitchen tile, at only 2 years old, was showing some odd shiny spots and the 2 year old grout in the guest bath was showing some dirt. Provider responded quickly to my purchase of the deal. Technician arrived as scheduled. Was very polite and informative. However, there was no improvement to either the shiny spots on the tile or the grout in the guest bath. Also, the process requires bringing a lot of large/heavy equipment into the home. Shortly after the technician left, I noticed a large scratch on the hardwoods near our front door that had been made by the cleaning equipment. I took a picture of it and emailed it to the company. To date, I have gotten no response from them. B/c of the holidays, I have not had a chance to follow up prior to now. I'm very disappointed and would not use this company again.

The price was unbeatable, but I will not use them again because the results were about equivalent to a mopping, and the machine they use left deep gouges in about a quarter of our tile which he did point out, but explained them away as "old sealer" coming off. No...they were gouges...with the white underneath the orange layer showing. The grout did not look any better when they were done than when they started. Disappointed, but you do get what you pay for. I find the "excellent" cleaning reviews on here to be disappointing as well. Perhaps some people don't know what a good tile cleaning job is supposed to look like though, is all I can say.

They did the 4 rooms of carpet cleaning. It went very well. The technician was nice, cooperative, and worked hard!

Friendly and professional, felt I got a good value. Uses a commercial type scrubber that doesn't get into the grout that well, so 'B" on quality. Grout is a lot cleaner, but still needs more.

Purchase was easy. Appointment was setup quickly - no issues there. Quality of work is terrible. They basically cleaned the tiles and made a big mess. My house smells like sewage water. Floors were not properly dried. Mud and dust and other things were left as is. I suppose it is my headache to swiffer mop the whole house. Grouts were sealed in about 10 minutes. Skipped sealing the bathroom. Skipped sealing under a small 4 seater table. Skipped cleaning and sealing under a movable island. Water puddles left near sides of walls and near washing machine and electric stove. I just can't get over why my house smells like we broke a sewage pipe. As to the quality of the cleaning - I don't they really did anything. I keep my house in immaculate condition. The grout basically had no stains as we regularly seal them every year or other year at most. The few areas that were beginning to show signs of discoloration are basically as they were before this fiasco. I called and sent a few images by SMS to the provider who did not bother to respond back. Now, I am left cleaning up the mess they made. Oh, and I paid for it too. Update: after a couple of days, we noticed a thin black film coating some of our grout lines. This company has basically ruined our brand new, well-maintained grout and refuses to respond to us. Also, Angie's List won't intervene unless we pay them and take their "premier" plan. Very disappointed. Update: Took them a couple of messages and days to respond back. They did come out and steam-clean the floors again. Compared to the last time, the work was done much more carefully this time. Hopefully, all the white residue that was left behind is out. We'll find out as soon as the floor dries!

Cleaning the tiles was fine. No problem. But the grout was not sealed as promised. There was a grout sealer used but no chemicals were in the actual wand to seal the grout. The man was very nice and professional. But I realized there wasn't any sealer in the and. Since then I have hired another contractor to seal the grout.

Tracy from Cleaning Kings called before coming. Showed up promptly, did a walk thru the house. He explained what my options were and what the price would be. Went to work.... carpet looks great. Will definitely use again and ask for Tracy.

I purchased the big deal on 11/12, and was contacted almost immediately to see if I was available the next morning (this was one of my preferred times). I told them that I was and would give them access since I would not be there. I asked them to clean all of the tile and the grout in my kitchen which was about 250 feet. I received a call about 10 minutes before arrival just to confirm what I needed cleaned. I came home from lunch and looked at the tile, and it was gorgeous! It's difficult to keep both the tile and the grout clean in the kitchen because it's all white and I have two dogs. I was very happy with my service and will call again if I need more work done.
