Whatever the "Big Deal" was, that's what they did. There were no additional fees.

I want to thank Jim, who came out for initial assessment and estimate. He kindly explained everything he was looking at, and showed me damage to the roof, and what to look for. He called in the boss, Jeff Prouty, to address an ongoing issue in my garage with falling sheetrock of unknown cause. I've had several estimates, and this issue fixed once before, but no one was able to identify the cause of repeated ceiling failure...but all were willing to "replace", anyway. Jeff and Jim jointly identified the underlying structural issues, and recommended repair. The roofing crew was absolutely amazing! They worked hard, fast and very efficiently, it was awesome watching them work. My roof is beautiful! When they left, there was nothing to indicate they had been there other than a beautiful, new roof. Next, we tackled inside issues. After a couple of glitches, which Jeff went out of his way to make right, the inside jobs are completed, as well. Special thanks to Chuck for taking care of all the misc. stuff, and special thanks to Jeff, for your patience, and making it all happen. They are very professional, accomodating, and the quality of their work is outstanding!

I signed up for this $99 deal. On Oct 21st I received a call from them and set up an appointment for Oct 26th at 12 noon. She told me they would go on the roof and in the attic and do some maint then they would let me know what they found and what they did. They didn't show up at 12:00 noon on Oct 26th so I called them shortly after 1:00 p.m. and was told they were coming at 3:00 p.m. They didn't show up at 3:00 p.m. They finally showed up at almost 5:00 p.m. We were just about to have dinner when we heard noises on the roof and that's the only reason we knew they were there. We waited to eat dinner thinking they needed to come in and talk go in the attic. About 30-40 minutes later it got quiet so I looked out the window and they were already gone. They never let us know they were there, they didn't check the attic and they didn't tell us what they found or what they did. So I figured they would email me a report or contact me by phone but we still haven't heard from them. Here is a message I just sent to them on 11/13/2015. "We still have not heard from you as far as what was done, what was found or if there was any additional repairs that need to be done to our roof. Your guys came to our house on October 26 but they only went on the roof for a while then they left without even talking with us. Did they do anything? What did we pay you $99 for?" *** Amber asked me to call her and we spoke and she is a very professional person. She was concerned about the miscommunications, she apologized and she offered to refund my money. I did receive a email with a description of what was done, what was found and some pictures but she still wanted to refund my money. I received the check in the mail the other day. Amber is great, her company is great and I will use them again in the future whenever I need repairs.

The entire project went well and we were extremely pleased with the work. The workers were prompt, very courteous, and focused on doing a good job and ensuring that we were satisfied. The project took about 2 1/2 days (as planned) and cleanup was awesome. Projects of this size never go as planned. As a few surprises surfaced (some from our house/ some from the contractor), they were always dealt with promptly, efficiently, and in a straightforward manor to our satisfaction. Mike, the crew team lead, was phenomenal and always kept us informed and his crew working hard (with appropriate breaks in this heat). Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent. Jim (estimator) did a great job and quoted us a fair price, and Carlos (Project Mgr) ensured that things were well-coordinated and completed to our satisfaction. Overall, an outstanding job with great teamwork. We will definitely use Prouty Construction on any future work that we need done, and we cannot recommend them highly enough to others.

This went great. They are honest contractors, standing by their word. I will contact them first for any construction work I have.

Mike was supposed to be here at 3:00pm and arrived five minutes early. He was friendly, personable, and professional. He got right to work evaluating the work I want now and listening to the work I want in the future. He listened to everything I said, answered all my questions and explained anything I didn't understand. I look forward to many years of work with this company. I'll update this review once work begins. Great first impression.

Our home was built in 1947, nothing much has been done to it since Hurricane Carla, thus, it is a weird combo of good building and why did they do that. We decided to remodel right before Ike, but the damage to the outside of the house was such that we put off the interior until the outside had been addressed. Prouty Construction answered when I called, returned my calls promptly, arrived when scheduled to look at the job, furnished an estimate within 24 hours and began the job when they said they would, and priced the job reasonably As I was having several things done, (like electricity, installation of gas fireplace, new flooring) the sheetrock work had to be done in two parts. This was no problem for the crew (Will and Jeremy). Mike and Jeff from Prouty Construction were extremely accommodating and made the job much easier that it might have been otherwise. The crew showed up on time, worked diligently, addressed a couple of issues with no problems, and otherwise did a great job. There is a lot more work to do and Prouty is on the top of my list for the next phase. I recommend Prouty Construction to my neighbors (and others) without reservation.

The roof had a insurance claim for hail damage. When the adjuster from Prouty Construction was taking his measurements on the roof, he felt something wasn't right (soft under foot on the back side of the house). He asked if he could look in the attic and I agreed. His inspection found cracks in several rafters. We concluded this was caused by a tree limb falling on the roof in 2008 during Hurricane Ike. Neither the insurance inspector at that time nor the inspector who checked the hail damage caught this. Prouty's adjuster also found the insurance claim was not replacing the carport with right roofing per hurricane wind requirements. After I set up an appointment for the insurance, Prouty's adjuster met with us and pointed out the things that were missed in the claim. This got me an extra $5000.00 more from the insurance company. The crews arrived on time and went right to work. They were very organized and diligent. They completed the work in 3 days. Prouty wasn't pleased with they fixed the rafters and sent a crew back out make a more stouter repair. Overall I'm very pleased with the work they did. It was exactly what I wanted. Everyone from the owner to the workers were very friendly and intent to please me. I ended up only having to pay my deductible for the job..

Tore off w old roofs and put on new roof

Roofing crew was absolutely amazing! Very organized and clean! It was truly something to watch them rip off the old roof so systematically, remove debris without damaging anything and replace the entire roof in 12 hours. House was about 2000 sq. ft. They completely cleaned up even took a large magnet running it through the yard for any stray nails. I give them a thumbs up! The crew that replaced the metal patio cover also very good, professional and organized. The group for the siding, very disappointing. Slow, left nails and cigarettes on the ground. Came one day, didn't come back and finish. Finally I contacted the owner Jeff Prouty regarding and he definitely made it right. Window man I was disappointed in also....wasn't at all pleased with how they replaced some caulking..however, a call and pictures to Prouty and they had it rectified. Overall very satisified with final outcome

We have used Guaranteed Roofing/Prouty Construction previously.

They replaced the whole ceiling and inside of the garage with thick plyboard and trimmed it out and it looks really nice. They were professional. They came out, gave me a quote, and sent me a copy of that quote. I signed the quote and sent to them online. Then they called to let me know when that people would be out. They were done within a day and they were very clean and quick.

they came on a saturday morning around 7am stripped the old shingles and felt off inspected for bad plywood on the roof, which was still good, installed cricket by the fireplace chimney and installed flashing to prevent water leakage, installed new GAF Timberline lifetime fiberglass shingles, checked for water leaks around cricket found no leaks, cleaned up yard of nails and roofing material, informed me the job was complete and left. Job well done I say.

The house is older with siding, but they were able to match everything. They were also able to do it all in one day. They also put our last roof on, and replaced wood that needed to be replaced in the overhang. They were very good at cleaning, that there was not one nail left behind. I know several people that have used them that feel they do a great job. Prices were also very reasonable.

Hail storms in this area do a lot of damage to roofs. I had to replace my roof twice now in a very short period of time and both times I used Guaranteed Roofing. They were referred to me from the insurance company the first time. Guaranteed Roofing is punctual and professional when tearing off the old roof and replacing it with new shingles. I was very pleased with them the first time so when the insurance adjuster told me I needed a new roof again I called Guarantee as they did a great job in the past.

Prouty employees are very professional roofers. A few years ago I had to replace the roof on my house and we used Prouty. We were pleased with their work. Since then we have moved to another house and with the storms we get here I needed to get some patch work done to my roof. I called Prouty again and they were very efficient. The men patched my roof in about two hours. I was pleased with the services by Prouty Construction.
