Jim was great, spent a lot of time inspecting our roof and in our attic to address our problem with water intrusion. Jim is very personable, knowledgeable and a no pressure kind of guy.

From the quote process to the finish product the job went extremely smooth. They were very responsive at every step of the process. Emails were sent confirming each appointment and who the person was insuring the customer knew who to expect. I was extremely please with the work performed.

I was happy with the quality of the work. They were not the cheapest bid, but sort of the middle of the range. I felt comfortable with Rob's knowledge of the issues and how to address them. He was very communicative prior to appointment. I was disappointed that they did not match the shingles to the existing color of the roof. I wish they would have told me about that first. Also, in order to match the paint they pulled a piece of wood off near the garage door. If they would have asked we could have provided them a piece from a better location. They did not repair or repaint the area that they removed the wood from.

It is beautiful and I love it. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and efficient. It was worth it.

Excellent. They delivered everything they promised. I hired Guaranteed Roofing and Remodeling to replace my 14-year-old roof after getting quotes from several companies. They were very professional in scheduling and completing the job. They finished in two days and cleaned up afterwards including a magnetic sweep of the yard. I am confident that they are the best. I highly recommend them.

Rob Balderas came and took time to explain the problem and gave an estimate and scheduled a repair. All his employees were polite and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Rob and Amber were super nice and answered all our questions. We were very satisfied.

It was a good service. They completed the job, professional, and clean. I am still waiting on them to fill in grout in the bathroom.

These guys were the best! Estimate came in about $3000 lower than next closest bid. They even jockied the days around for actual work due to one of our tenants who sleeps days part of the week. After tearing off old surfaces, they found serious code violations, called us to give us a heads up & only charged us $700 more to correct the problem. We were very happy with all phases from estimate meeting to clean up.

They put on a new roof and replaced some rotted wood on eave and soffit. They were professional , easy to work with and did a fine job!

Over a year ago they replaced the flat portion of my 1894 home and replaced a few shingles over rotted sheathing. Noticed last week that I had another leak. Jim Thibodeaux checked the roof, and said they would repair it at no charge. The next day it was repaired. Although the initial work was beyond any reasonable warranty period, Mr. Thibodeaux felt that it was their repair that had failed and they would not charge me. Can't beat service like this.

The work was done well and professionally. The roof was completed in one day, but the skylights had to be ordered, delivered and installed when they arrived. That installation took a portion of one morning. My home was built in 1984. I would employ this company again and do recommend their work which is delivered in a professional and timely manner.

They did an excellent job! Mike Mease came over, looked at the job and within a few days I had a price that I was happy with. The job was done quickly. Mike called to make sure everything ok and to let me know the drip edge would be painted soon. He sent over Mikey and Carey and they quickly took care of the problem. Then Mike Mease came to the house, made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and if I needed anything else. This was the second roof within a short period of time that I have had Guaranteed Roofing do for me and Mike Mease was there both times. He was very professional and thorough and the small problem that was found he had taken care of in a short period of time.

Mike Rainey - 25 years experience - was sent to our house and was a great guy and very knowledgeable. Have a very solid and reasonable quote for possible work. Put my mind at ease should be decide to go this path.

They measured precisely, contained dust from brick. They construction worker was prompt and professional. He improvised and made the wall kit to fit. He also framed to outer pet door to provide a thorough seal and painted it to match the house trim. The task was completed within the day and looks quite spiffy.

All was planned and overseen by Mike Rainey, who's professionalism and expertise carried the project from conception thru execution to completion, keeping us fully informed and ensuring our satisfaction. We totally recommend this company and Mike, as they have now done several project for us and have yet to be dissatisfied.

I only gave a B because it was a hard start and quality was up to par at first. Job was completed within a couple weeks. They were busy and we weren't in a major rush. But we did need to know the exact day because our tenant had dogs and kept the gates locked. So I found out it would be done on Saturday in October. The job was completed in a day with no added cost but when we went to view the completed work a couple days later, it was pretty sloppy. They hadn't rehung outside wires. The brand new gate did not close properly. The facia on the back porch was crooked and sloppy. They did not replace any of the problem areas around the house with the old but good siding. And nothing was painted. Carlos, was the gentleman who gave me the quote and who also met us to go over the finished work. He was embarrassed and agreed it was shoddy work and promised to have a crew out ASAP. I also mentioned the painting to him and told me painting of the facia wasn't included in the job but I was never told one way or the other so I assumed it was part of a completed job. So we asked that it be painted when they came out to fix the problem, even if there was an extra cost. We waited a couple days and didn't hear anything so i called the office and was put ont he phone with Jeff Prouty, the owner. He told me Carlos no longer worked there. So I made arrangements to meet him out there at 7am the next morning. The tenant left the gates unlocked and dogs in the house. Jeff met us there with his crew, ready to fix all the problems. We were shocked to find it had been fixed so some degree. But I explained to Jeff that they must have climbed the fence because we weren't told. The gate still hadn't been though and some of the siding still needed. Jeff was very kind and professional. Apologetic for our wasted time and energy trying to get this right. He had the front gate fixed, and all of the wires hung, garage facia painted, and little siding problems fixed in a day. The front facia job completed and painted a week later. Please keep in mind there was a lot of rain on and off a the time so it might've take a bit longer because of it. Jeff made things right giving us a healthy discount and professional handling. We understand thing happen. His effort to save our business spoke volumes. We will definitely use them again. But I will be calling Jeff personally. :-)
