Description of Work: This was the fifth or sixth service. The technician is a very nice person and goes above and beyond to try to satisfy customer need. We had necessity to call back for further interior treatment and were serviced quickly. We haven't had any sort of critter in the house. |

Description of Work: Contract came with my house. Had yearly termite inspections for 7 years and they degrade each year.I am to the point where they send 3 invoices before I'll pay, because of so many no-shows.I am only trying to continue service due to the previous home-owners contract, which they are honoring but costing me extra from wage losses.

Description of Work: I have not seen Terminix in about a year. The only reason I keep the service is because if I have termites they are required by the contract to do the repairs. When they do the yearly inspection, very little is checked and there has been no additional preventive spraying has been done in 10 years.
